Condo was great, especially the oversized balcony. Just be forewarned, especially if you're traveling in a larger vehicle, that the parking is TIGHT! Wonderful trip, definitely want to do it again!

This was our 2nd consecutive year we spend Labor Day Week in Unit 12E. We absolutely love everything about this property!

We had a fantastic girls trip to Navarre! This condo was absolutely perfect for us and we look forward to returning. The swimming pool at this condo was worth coming back - it was a huge pool. And the balcony was excellent as well. Both bedrooms had king size comfortable beds. My daughter slept on the pull out couch and said it wasn’t bad. We loved everything about this trip. Our host was friendly and prompt with any of our questions. Definitely recommend this rental!

The condo was clean and comfy! The kitchen had all cookling items we needed. The living room had comfortable relaxing furniture for watching the Pacers win!!! (Yep, we are Hoosiers). The mattresses we very comfortable. The bathrooms accommodating. Would definitely recommend for 4-6 people traveling. Alene was wonderful to work with.

been coming to navarre yearly for 20 years - have always stayed at the pearl before but decided to try beach colony. the condo was very nice, clean etc. The biggest plus to beach colony is the size of the balcony. Only negative was the only ice maker was the door of the refrigerator. Beds, pillows, furniture all comfortable. very well stocked.

This was a fabulous trip that started with the easy process and communication with the host, Irene. She was wonderful through the entire process, Answering questions promptly. The location is perfect! This was our second time in 12E within a year. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Beach Colony Condos never disappoint. Best place to stay in quiet, laid-back Navarre. Between half the time on the beach and half the time on the balcony, nothing compares to the relaxing time we had. Thank you!

The condo was clean and had everything you would need. The beach was not busy, which was nice. Lots of people at the pool but going early was the best way to avoid crowds. We liked the area since this was our first time visiting.

This condo was awesome! It had everything you needed and more. If was perfect for my family of 5.

This was our 4th stay! Alene maintains a nice, clean, comfortable property. We especially love not needing to pack chairs and umbrellas. We will continue to book this property as long as we’re able to?

Nice clean condo, good location. Plenty of room inside and out. Good view from the 12th floor to the ocean. I would recommend this place.

We enjoyed everything from the spacious private balcony to the beautiful beaches and refreshing huge pool. The community was so friendly and the local restaurants were delish. Especially Dewey Destin’s❤️

Very well stocked kitchen, bath and wonderful porch! Seating was great in the living room…we’ve stayed all over this complex and this is the first one that exceeded our expectations See you next year!
