The condo was beautiful with amazing views. Remarkably clean with everything you need. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella made the stay even better! Balcony was my favorite place! Pool was clean and large. Highly recommend and plan to stay again at this property. Does not have bathroom at pool so have to go up to condo. Management company sent parking and building details for west tower when we were in the east. So we had to take carts and luggage to the other tower with my 80 year old mother in law. Check in process needs to no more efficient- send the right details!!

Everything from arrival to departure was very easy. The unit was clean and just as described. There were little extras that made the tip more accommodating.

Our family had a glorious vacation at Beach Colony Resort! Beds were comfortable and great shower pressure. Kithen was well stocked. Great air conditioner and refrigerator. We loved the large balcony with nice furniture. Nice privacy between rooms and bathrooms. The pool was magnificent with lots of pool furniture along with great outside showers. We liked luggage carts, fast elevators, and loading/unloading area. Nice covered parking with lots of space. Very quiet property. Good communication with resort personnel. Only wish there were bathrooms by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

View from this condo is amazing. Condo was very clean and was as described. Check in was super easy. This being a balcony on the end gives you a great view of not only the beach but the sound to.

My family, 6 adults, spent the week of Christmas in 15A. We love Beach Colony and this unit did not disappoint. All furnishings and amenities were as listed and the unit was very clean. I would definitely recommend this unit.

We had a great stay. The condo was perfectly sized for our family of 8 (five adults and 3 kids). We ate meals in the condo most days. The kitchen was well equipped. The master bedroom and bath are phenomenal! The other rooms are a little small. One of the balcony handle broke off the first time we went to use it. It was stuck open. I called the manager, she said the maintenance person was ill. WE were able to get the door closed. The manager came by to look but the door was never fixed during our stay.

We loved staying in this unit. It was our second year in a row and we loved everything about it. Super clean, great updated furniture and amazing views. Communication with property managers was excellent and they really wanted to make sure our stay was exceptional. Would highly recommend booking this condo!

Condo nice. Some worn out pieces of furniture and not as clean as our last stay at different condo.

I have nothing bad to say about this property the decor, comfy beds, and the views from the balcony is stunning. The other thing we always look for when we stay is the cleanliness which is an A+. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice clean property. Good communication with manager. Second time staying at this complex and best stay was this one. I do wish there were some extras of anything left like spices or coffees. Understand this is a Florida thing but most all rentals we stay at would at least have salt and pepper.

We had everything we needed to cook huge meals in the kitchen so I would say its super well stocked!
