Beach Club Avalon Penthouse 2003 Direct Gulf Views/5 Kings Total Renovation!

Nice beach property! Excellent beach accesss and views!

Great location. Nice to have all king beds for 5 couples. Extra nice having a separate ice maker.

We loved staying at this condo over spring break. We had 10 adults and 2 kids and all had plenty of room. The condo had everything we needed and we utilized the kitchen a lot for meals (which was well stocked with everything you need) and the kids enjoyed all of the board games! The view of the ocean from the balconies is gorgeous. We overall just enjoyed being together in a space big enough to fit us all. The condo complex has a pool, hot tub, wading pool, direct access to the beach, swings with ocean views, walking trails, volleyball nets, tennis courts, ice cream shop/souvenir shop, jumbo sized chess and checkers, and a clubhouse with arcade, sauna/steam rooms, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, gym, restaurant, etc. for an additional cost each day you choose to utilize the clubhouse amenities. We utilized the clubhouse just one day but it’s a good option to have. 10/10 experience for our first time in Gulf Shores!

The condo was beautiful! The main problem was construction going on at the front of the condo. They put caution tape at the entrance and you couldn't pull up to the entrance. We had someone handicapped and they asked us to move vehicle and blocked all of the handicapped parking. We had a tent and chairs and we couldn't get close to the water. The left side did not have any chair rentals set up but we still couldn't get close to the water. There were signs indicating the line you couldn't cross. The construction, noise, and blocking entrance and handicap parking were the main issues.

The location was amazing, just steps away from the beach. The condo disappointed in the lack of supplies. Never received any dish soap and the hand soaps in the bathrooms were watered down. Only had 5 knives for a group of 9 and 6 glasses. The couch in the picture is not the couch you get, it’s a very uncomfortable couch. Beds were very comfortable and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Overall would recommend this property

Everyone had a great time and Pam was the best when we had a minor toilet issue!! We love The Beach Club and would definitely recommend Pam and this condo!!

We are beach people and have been going my entire life. This was the BEST experience we have ever had! Ages ranging from 1 to 90 and we were all in love with the unit and the resort! Couldn’t suggest them more!

Our family did enjoyed staying in the 2003 Avalon.Most of the accommodations were great, we loved the size of the rooms, the kitchen and laundry room was awesome. Each bedroom having it’s own bath was great!! We had a great time! There were a few problems we experienced, maintenance tried to solve them but was unable to while we were there. The ice Maker in the fridge and the stand alone ice Maker wasn’t working, they did order a part for the stand alone, but it had not come, we had to buy ice the whole time. The beds were very comfortable, the loving room furniture not so much. Other than these problems it was very nice, beautiful condo.

Our place was fabulous and met all our needs! Would highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again!
