Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. A little bit of a stroll to the beach but we didn’t mind it. The condo was clean but very dated, think late 90s. Very kitchy. All appliances you need are there. Great water pressure in the showers. Bring your own pillows for sure. Accommodated 5 people nicely.

The property was wonderful. The pool and beach access was great. However, the condo itself is very dated. Lacking sufficient kitchen supplies to cook with. The shutters out to the balcony did not work and wood slide from side to side on their own blocking our view. I would not stay there again.

We had a great time at the Beach Club and the condo was just as described. The property group helped us right away with a couple of issues. The only thing I suggest is being more accessible on a holiday weekend so renters dont have to use the “emergency number”. Otherwise, everything was great!

The location is really good and very convenient to the ocean, restaurants, etc. However, the apartment is outdated and not maintained properly for guests. First, let's talk about the inadequate lock. Appears all others on the floor have been upgraded and ours is what you find on the interior door in your house. We were charged a cleaning fee, for what? .. upon arrival, there was a must smell throughout the apartment, there was sand on the floor, the master bath faucets leak, toilet in the master bath was not clean, there is a rust stain in the bathroom floor, therefore wondering if the apartment was cleaned previously. Sink sponge smelled horrendours, only 1/2 roll toilet paper was provided. We were requested to start a load of laundry, any detergent provided? Bottom, rent another beach house at the same location.

It was great. I would just let the owners know that there was some old trash around the place. Like a Gatorade bottle in the closet and food bags under the couch.

We enjoyed our week long spring break. The condo is in a great location and allowed us to easily access everything we wanted. The condo provided everything we needed.

Loved the Country French decor...Great access to the pool and beach! oh, and we are both book readers! Enjoyed reading about George and Gracie...I'll have to buy a book in order to finish reading about her! We always grab great food at nearby restaurants...

This property was a great location. But, the unit is tired & definitely needs some updates. Needs a total refresh, from kitchen to bedroom pillows & towels.

We enjoyed our short stay and the unit is charmingly decorated. However, it is sorely in need of an overall face lift/upgrade. Fixtures are out of date, base boards are damaged and old plumbing leaks leave rusted walls below the commode and the front of the refrigerator/ice maker.

Our stay was excellent! This condo is in a fantastic location, conveniently close to restaurants, the beach, and the pool. The unit was clean, and the check-in process was seamless. While the space could benefit from some updates and minor improvements—such as a more secure front door lock and additional cookware, including a cookie sheet—our overall experience was wonderful. It was a great choice for our visit.

Loved the location and amenities

Provided everything that was needed and was close to restaurants, pool, and beach. It was a great time of the year, less crowded than June and July. Everything was provided by the elevators to carry your belongings to the unit. Building was clean and staff was polite. We have found our yearly location for vacation bc there are multiple units to choose from.

Unit needs some serious updating. Maintenance issues include a bathroom closet door that was off the hinges. No internet upon arrival. Front door lock needs to be replaced. It is not secure.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness & beautifully decorated condo. We had everything we needed to have an enjoyable relaxing family vacation!
