Welcome to the Island! Real Escapes Properties offers this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front condominium located at the desirable Beach Club on St. Simons Island.

Unit No. 327 is a comfortable residence that features a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. There is seating for 4 at the dinner table and another two seats located at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a separate walk-in showerand a garden tub. The guest bedroom contains 2 twin beds. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located just off the guest room. Balcony views are the interior courtyard and beyond to the ocean.

The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance. Easy walk to Crabdaddy’s, Beachcomber BBQ and Barrier Island Brewery.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. See NOTE below. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag are in each unit. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

    Had to stop by rental office to pick up keys on way in but it was very quick and easy. We got to condo and WiFi was not working, plus we needed sheets for foldout couch. A little confusing whether the Beach Club was supposed to take care of that or Real Escapes was responsible but turned out it was Real Escapes. Our only option regarding the WiFi was to switch properties for one that was inland (even though it was bigger and more updated) but we declined in order to stay on the beach. I called right before closing about the sheets and they personally delivered them to my room on their way home from the office. Real Escapes was very kind and I would recommend staying at one of their properties in the future.

    Very relaxing with a great view. I just wish it had a keypad because it was hard to keep track of the keys. Communication was excellent.

    It is dated but comfortable. The king bed needs replacing as it sags somewhat but still comfortable. It was great for two adult friends with each having their own room and bath. We would stay again.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in need of new appliances and updating. It felt small. The couch end table overlaps the door to the master bedroom. The microwave is very old and cracked. Toaster oven did not work. Could be cleaner. The washer and dryer were so small. Could hold barely three beach towels.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, Beach Club is wonderful. View from 327 balcony is to die for. However a beach vacation ALSO needs comfortable beds and couches, nice bathrooms and showers, good TVs for rainy days, functional windows and screens and blinds, kitchen supplies for meals and/or entertaining. OR it is offered at such a low, attractive rental price that these things can be overlooked. Not so after multiple rental years with no updates.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout was excellent and spacious and the balcony had great views. The unit had everything we needed - although the microwave and toaster oven are in need of replacement - but they worked fine and met our needs. The only issues we had were related to the building but not the unit itself. The parking garage is not good - the parking spots are way too narrow. Also, the hallways are outdated and do not give a great first impression on your way to your unit to start your vacation. The pool deck was very nice and the grounds were kept up very well. However, the walk to the beach was not pleasant - we had to walk through a flooded area between the property and the beach proper - ankle to knee deep. I am not sure if there is an engineering solution to this problem but if not, then some sort of floating pathway or bridge is needed.
