Quick weekend getaway, great location, pretty condo, with beach chairs and fun times!

When we arrived, the condo was not cleaned properly. The host, Bill did everything he could do to make our stay the best it could be. He kept in constant communication with me during our stay, called before hand to share some ideas for restaurants and gave us a detailed explanation on the resort. Super friendly! The cleaning was completely out of his control and he has advised me he is looking for a new cleaning company. The location is perfect, the resort has so many different options and the view is absolutely stunning! The condo is right by the elevators, so that makes it convenient! We would stay here again as long as he changes cleaning company and mandates they do a quality check before the next guest checks in.

The condo was really nice. Great view, clean, and comfortable.

Condo was average condition, the street noise was horrible up until late hours. The elevators were extremely slow, and broken most of the time..yes they was remodeling them, but the ones working broke down...nothing to wait 30 mins for the elevator...the unit is located at the elevators, the noise is very loud with people talking, and kids running. Our towels looked dirty, i washed them before using them,They were stained . The water pressure was extremely weak, took twice as long to shower....sorry to vent, just telling the truth....

William was a great host! Anytime we had a question or problem I would text him and he would answer right away! I didn’t realize the bedroom was right by the hallway/elevators which could be bothersome at times. The light from the condo hallways shines through. Maybe some curtains there? We could definitely hear everything from the people above us, or in the hallways but that is not William’s fault. Air conditioning works amazing!As do the televisions for streaming shows. Bed was pretty comfortable. One of the showers water pressure is a little weak. Over all we had a great stay and enjoyed the place very much.

Had a great time, super convenient location within walking distance to several restaurants. Loved the Sky Bar.

Bill was great to work with and very quick with communications. The space was very clean and location was perfect. The provided beach chairs were amazing. Would book again!

Mr. Bill is absolutely wonderful! The property is gorgeous and on a GREAT location. Walkable distance to great food and incredibly clean. Mr. Bill is incredibly responsive to text and super helpful!! The price is unbeatable!We will be staying here again!

The condo has the perfect amount of space for my family of 4. It was clean, great views, and the included beach chairs were a plus! Bill was a wonderful host and very responsive! We will definitely be back!

Communication with owner was great and condo had a great view. Also, there's a seafood market across the street called the local steamer and they'll cook it and you just pick it up and head across the street and enjoy great seafood right on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean easy to access. Host was easy to contact everything was perfect.

Condo was GORGEOUS!!! Is as pictured, very clean! The view of the beach was breathtaking! So many fun activities to do in PCB! Did NOT want to leave!

First and foremost the owner of this unit was beyond accommodating! Wish I could’ve gave him 10 stars! We always vacation in PCB but this was our first year at the Emerald Resort; of course we love the convenience of everything. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing and happy place to vacation!

Great condo, owner was really nice and helpful. Location was great. Nice to have gift shop and Starbucks on property. Just wished the pool was over more it didn’t get sun in the po until around 11ish, with the red and double red flags all week we stayed in pool.

The room was nice.Didn't like the elevator situation. It was alot of walking to get to it.

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach. Everything was clean and accomodating. The location was great with multiple dining options within walking distance. Nice amenities on property with a beautiful view from the unit. Excellent communication with owner.
