Stayed Mar 27, 2026When we walked in, it smelled very clean. Check in process great and easy. Owners very accessible. They allowed for earlier check in (and later check out which we didn't end up needing). Location is fantastic, super close to beach and town. So nice to have a kitchenette, couch and little closet. AC also worked very well. Pool isn't the best but we weren't there for that. Definitely recommend.

Stayed Aug 5, 2025We really loved this space. Would stay there again for sure. Beautiful quiet courtyard and quick walk to the beach. Nice pool. They provide a cart for taking beach chairs and such to the beach. Wonderful.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025I had a lovely 10 day stay the property is very quiet and close to all the wonderful restaurants and shops on Atlantic Ave!!! The Beach also has lounge chairs and umbrellas for rent but I also used the chairs provided later in the evening

Stayed Mar 23, 2025Place was great for a short stay in Delray Beach. 3 minute walk accross the street to beach. Equipped with beach chairs and towels. 10 minute walk to resturant row on Atlantic The host Tom was super responsive. I had a little glitch with reservation and help work it out with BBo.
