Beach Bungalow 4 with Private Outdoor Patio

The property was very clean, and organized. The little decorative touches made a nice feel. It is also close walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. We had the two-level apartment. The others on the property were single. Ours had a private entrance and patio area. Great location.

Close to beach and campus. Great place for parents visiting students.

We really appreciated the kitchen having the basic necessities, the fact that there is a tiny local grocery store with the cutest lady named Lisa next-door literally right next-door, great small town vibes in this part of La Jolla, we’re so so grateful for a wonderful stay. Thank you for having us.

Everything was fabulous as usual! There have been some nice updates to this property since the last time we stayed here. And you really just can’t beat the location. It’s close to everything, comfortable, clean, and adorable! Thank you!

We have stayed at the bungalow multiple times and always look forward to coming back. The rental is clean and stocked with everything needed for a beach getaway. We love how close it is to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream! We love enjoying the southern California weather on the enclosed patio with our dog. We have already booked our next trip and can't wait to go back

This bungalow is in a perfect location. Minutes walk to the beach and restaurants! Check-in process was easy and Rose is always available!

All in all we would absolutely stay here again! The unit was clean and seemed to be updated recently as all the appliances, flooring, bathroom, kitchen, etc. were all new and in great condition. We found it ideal for a family too given it was tucked away and very quiet, plus having the bedroom upstairs meant we didn’t have to have the same bedtime as our daughter! Also I can’t say enough about the location! Literally walking distance to a ton of cute shops, restaurants, and the ocean! The only minor thing (which is why I would give a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness) is that the rug downstairs is a thick rug that seems to catch a lot of dog hair from past guests. Nothing that would keep us from staying there again!

Nice location and property. With a little kindness it would be terrific. There are a few missing doorknobs, a missing hanging lamp, a broken outdoor hose making it hard to rinse the sand off our feet, and not a lot of hot water. All said overall it was very enjoyable. Rose was terrific with letting us know how to access the property and helping resolve a couple of minor issues.

This is our favorite place to stay in La Jolla! Easy walking distance to the beach for morning coffee and two fabulous restaurants. The little yard is so nice, the kitchen is well stocked, and the bed is comfortable. Thank you!
