INSIDE THE CONDO

Sep inside the condo's window-lined, open-concept living space and find cool tile flooring, peaceful wall colors, and an understated ocean theme that highlights each room.

To your right is the living room and dining area, detailed with a queen sofa bed, armchairs, and a glass dining table for six. Watch your favorite shows on the 40” Roku TV, or curl up on a cozy armchair with a good book—there's plenty of warm table lighting all around.

Straight ahead and to the left is the kitchen, where there are 4 additional seats at a breakfast bar over-hung with elegant pendant lighting. Kitchen amenities include a full-size fridge, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and a double-bay stainless steel sink. Plenty of counter space, cookware, and appliance extras make this space a venerable playground for the chefs in your party!

A hallway leads to the guest bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The guest bedroom is your first left and has a queen bed peppered with a shell and sea star pattern. The large guest bathroom is across the hall and features a tub/shower, sink, and toilet, plus a washer/dryer set in the closet. The primary bedroom awaits at the end of the hall. This sunlit sanctuary offers a queen bed with fresh linens, a desk and chair, a flat-screen TV, and a bird's-eye view of the pool from a private balcony. An en-suite bath offers a spacious walk-in glass shower, sink, and toilet.

Reach the pool at the back of the building in seconds—just take the gate to the right of the property.

LOCATION

Here you're just a 3-minute walk from the beach, though if your feet need a rest there's convenient beach access and parking at the end of the block. South Padre Island's panoply of shops and restaurants are only a quick jaunt or drive away—stop in at Blackbeard's for seafood, steak, and their sig-nature “Mexican Shrimp Cocktail” 2 blocks away, and don't miss the beach views (or the shrimp tacos) at Cafe on the Beach just a few blocks further. Invest in the best kind of beach toy at B & S Kites .7 miles away.

Hire Sandy Feet for a unique beach activity the whole family can enjoy—a 2-hour sand castle building lesson! Sea Turtle Inc., a turtle rehab facility 1 .5 miles away, offers education and up-close interaction with the animals. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.

We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

    Great condo close to the beach and shopping. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, comfy living room furniture. Pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves. Half a block walk to beach access was great!

    Its great for a short stay how ever there where things that needed to have a deeper clean such as the showers and the dishwasher. Overall it was pleasant but needs more maintenance and a deeper clean

    It was clean and everything we needed was available. I enjoyed my stay at this place. Two things require management oversight though… the microwave didn’t work and the kitchen sink leaked water. I learned this when I was washing dishes by hand and water was leaking from under the sink. I looked below and noticed that there was a bucket catching dripping water which suggested management should already be aware of a bucket is being used to capture leaking water. Other than that, it was a great stay.

    The door code was hard to figure out . Also the coffee table has a messed up leg. The balcony door was hard to open and close. The tv in the back room was inoperable. I could not figure it out... other than that it was ok stay

    Broken beds, tvs out dated, mattresses urinated on, window broke, someone elses cloths in drawers, light outside didn't work, a couple lamps needed bulbs, no chairs for bacony. I had to sleep on hideaway. I request parcel refund.

    The stairs are a huge safety risk. The stairs are like ice when it rains. The internet and WiFi did not work and locals are driving up and using the private pool. Rent somewhere else.

    Initial descriptions of property led us to believe that there was a separate bedroom, not a hide away bed. This made it very crowded in our one-room condo.

    Close to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Be prepared for steep stairs when booking. If you have any physical limitations this may not be suitable. Only downside for my family was the door lock failed us with the provided combination, so we needed to call to have the code changed which left us outside for half an hour before we were able to get through to an operator to have it reprogrammed. The combination is very long and we couldn’t remember it, so it required two people to open. WiFi is weak and televisions can’t connect to WiFi services which limited them to few channels they didn’t like.

    Everything was clean, close to the beach and restaurants, BUT when the fire alarm went off at 4am was awful! We woke up in a panic to say the least. Then we were unable to turn it off. So no easy off/on button. My husband had to ultimately disconnect it. We had 2 nights and one of them was ruined. The 2nd night was much better, when we planned on leaving. CSR asked if we wanted someone to go and fix it but at that point we just wanted to rest.

    It was close to the beach. That was pretty much it. Needs a renovation. Tub grout is falling off and gross. The master bed is old, creaking, and offers no support. Terrible bed. Just terrible. The TV was not functioning with all the wires hanging out. Very unprofessional looking. I fixed it myself (the HDMI cable wasn’t plugged in!)
