Beach Bliss! Cozy Ocean-Block Efficiency – 150 Steps to Sand, Partial Weeks OK!

It was just perfect for us!! it wasn’t too small too big just right!

Parking is VERY tight. Nice to have a full size fridge. Unfortunately there is no place to cook, but we brought a plug in skillet which worked well. Cute place and host was easy to work with and responded quickly.

Perfect little beach crash pad! The size was perfect for my partner and I and is so close to everything you need! The parking is tight but very well described so we were prepared. Great place!

Great location! Owner keeps the place clean and stylish. Although small, it was enough space for my wife and I. Second time we have rented from this owner. We will defiantly be back!

Great spot for the two of us to enjoy Rehoboth with everything within walking distance, even though the weather was uncooperative on two of our three days in town. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean, organized, the location was great, getting in the house was easy (loved not having to deal with keys). We had a wonderful stay!

Small studio in a great location! Difficult parking a large vehicle (I have a truck) so bring a smaller vehicle if you can. Very clean space. I would recommend for only 2 - 3 people max. There is no private space here (it’s a studio, after all). It was perfect for my daughter and I. Loved the proximity to everything.

fun relaxing stay

This loft apartment was in a great location, close to the boardwalk and restaurants, and close to rhe conference center. It was nice and cosy and the murphy bed was fun to use. It is upstairs, I'm not sure that I realized that, and the parking is very tight, but luckily, there weren't any other cars there when I arrived and my agenda didn't require me to drive anywhere after my arrival.

We just returned from staying here - our favorite place to stay when it’s just “us”. The location can’t be beat and we walked everywhere. This was our second stay here and I hated to leave. Everything you need inside and out! You do need to bring your own sheets, towels, soap and shampoo. No big deal! Love how responsive host is to questions and the ease of check in.

Exactly as described all u need to bring is food. Kitchen is great, parking is great, didnt use car at all walked everywhere. Boardwalk and beach is rt there. Not oceanfront but has everything else u need Location Location Location!! We will be back next year for sure.

Small studio but very well appointed and location is superb, just 1/2 block from boardwalk, yet tucked away enough not to hear traffic noise.

It was the perfect long weekend to celebrate my 6 year olds birthday. Extremly clean, perfect size, and quiet. The location was amazing. Such an easy walk to the beach, all kinds of food, shopping, and games. Parking was tight, but easy enough and well worth the location.

Location just half a block from the beach was amazing!!!!!! For a short stay our family of 4 enjoyed it very much! Parking was an issue- I have a large car and I simply could not get it into the only open space in the lot because of the lot configuration and had to park off site quite a ways away and leave my car there. The listing does warn the lot is tight so take note and be prepared for that! Everything else was super smooth and we'd definitely stay again!

My wife & myself had a great time. The studio that we stayed in was neat and clean, and we loved how it was decorated. Close to the beach, boardwalk, and food & shopping places. We would definitely like to come back.! John & Robyn
