Location, amenities and view were above and beyond what we could have expected! The host was so easy to communicate with and responded extremely quickly!

Very convenient to beach and grocery store. Condo as pictured and described on site. Communication with owners was great.

We had an overall good stay at this VRBO apartment, though there were a few things to note. The apartment is a good size, and I liked that both bedrooms are at opposite ends for added privacy. The building is conveniently located next to a grocery store and only one block from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the place was clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, especially in the mornings when it wasn't crowded.However, the apartment faces a busy street, so be prepared for noise during the day and even at night, especially on weekends. Additionally, we experienced roofing work during our stay, which was extremely noisy and disrupted our privacy as they accessed the roof right in front of our balcony.The patio furniture was different from what was pictured, and one of the bedrooms faces the building hallway, so it was quite bright at night (we had to use eye masks). The bathroom lights also activate noisy, outdated vents, which was a bit annoying. The kitchen disposal didn't work, though I’m unsure if this was intentional. On the plus side, it was great to have a working washer and dryer in the unit.Just a heads-up, if you stay longer than 3-5 days, you’ll need to bring or buy extras like trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper, as the supplies are limited. Overall, while we enjoyed our stay, we didn’t feel it was quite worth the value considering the noise and other small inconveniences.

We have been coming to treasure island for years, and have stayed at the palms many times. The location is great. Beach is right across the street, Publix grocery / liquor store is right beside the condo, and lots of restaurants within walking distance.We were pleasantly suprised to see the building lobby has been renovated (maybe due to hurricane?). The condo was great. It was our first time staying in this unit. It was very nice, much better than some of the other units we have stayed in. The unit is very clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended. Thank you.We

Perfect location.

The perfect spot for a family vacation with three teenagers. We spent a few hours at the beach each day then were able to relax in the air conditioned condo. Being a holiday week, the pool area was very busy so we did not use it often. Having a grocery store next door is very convenient. It is so nice having a beach location yet having so many options for activities within 45 minutes. We went to Busch Gardens, Clearwater Aquarium, mini-golfing, shopping, and visited two local restaurants for dinner. This is our second time at The Palms and we love it!

We had the best stay! Great place, great location. We loved the beach cart and chairs, we even added another to the collection. It was so helpful to have these items to help with our beach days. Would definitely stay here again!
