Sleeping arrangements
Each bedroom includes its own full bathroom, providing added privacy for groups. The primary suite features a king bed and a walk-in rainfall shower. A second bedroom offers another king bed with a private bath. The third bedroom includes two sets of twin bunk beds and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo, making it a flexible option for families or groups.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for both everyday meals and group dining, with Bosch appliances, ample counter space, and a large island for prepping and serving. The dining area and living space flow together, creating an easy place to gather.

Outdoor living
The screened lanai overlooks the 5th green and offers space to sit, dine, or simply take in the surroundings. It’s a comfortable spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening after a day at the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best place to recover after and operation or just to chill and be at peace. The house is beautiful, ample, comfortable and has everything you need. Located in a beautiful place, so close and accesible to the beach, restaurants, markets, and stores. Easy to get to, park, and just come and go. All was in working order, clean, and well mantained. The rooms and living rooms were really comfortable, the porch is amazing at sunsets, the kitchen and dinning area were easy to clean and move around, the mini bar if used is a great plus, the bathrooms were great in size, and the decoration was really homey.The Club is beautiful and surrounded by nature and green, a great place to walk and just be outside and enjoy the well kept grounds. All in all, top recomendation to stay at.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here 3 times and love the location. We hope to continue to stay here. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Think it should have had a deep cleaning prior to our stay, as the renters before us were there for 6 months. Simple stuff that could have been done. Hope that is done prior to our stay in '25.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect condo. We have rented for 3 years. Fully equipped with everything you need. Wonderful showers with plenty of hot water. Short walk to the pool. A longer, but very pretty walk to a beautiful and lightly populated beach. Perfect configuration with 2 king beds and a bunk room. Neighborhood is extremely friendly. Close to Publix and a wide variety of great restaurants. Beautiful view from the patio. Large dining area and comfortable seating area with a large tv. Internet works very well and they even have a printer you can connect to. Management company is delightful to work with and any property issues immediately resolved. Cannot say enough good things about FC-59 and Suncastle Properties.
