Bayside Resort 4 bedroom Upscale Condo Just steps to Resort Amenities!

Tammy is a super responsive host, which I really appreciated. The condo is spacious and still feels private. All 4 bedrooms are spread out so that everyone has privacy. The sun porch is a delight with enough comfortable seating for 6. To access the Sun Ridge pool, we just walked across the street, which was so nice. All lights, appliances, etc., worked in the condo, and the reserved parking in the garage was also a plus. Having previously stayed in single-family homes at Bayside, I was a tiny bit nervous about renting a condo, but I would not hesitate to rent one again. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Bayside! The condo was perfect for our blended family of teens and a toddler, and it was located in the perfect spot! We hope to be back again soon!

The condo is exactly as listed. Clean, easy check in, close to everything Bayside has to offer! Layout perfect for a family with littles or multiple families staying together! Easy walk to sunridge pool and a park. Right near Freeman stadium for concerts. Tammy was a pleasure to work with. Communication was easy and this condo was perfect for our family! We hope to book again next year!

Spent most days at pool/ splashpad across the street. Grandaughter (2) had a blast. Rooms in condo are beautiful and much larger than they appear on line. Very comfortable stay.

This is our second time renting this condo. We love it, as it fit our needs with the other family we traveled with. Tammy responded quickly with any questions we had before and during our stay. It is the perfect location, right across from the pool, which made it easy for us and the kids.

Had a wonderful week in Bayside and Fenwick. The property was very clean, spacious, and as advertised. In a great location in terms of accessing the pool and central to the overall resort. The owner, Tammy was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had before and during the stay. Would absolutely recommend this rental to any families looking for a fun week in Delaware / OC!

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful, well-maintained and spacious condo. It is ideally located close to many Bayside commmunity amenities. Communication with the owner was easy.

The unit was very clean and met our needs quite well. The host was very communicative pre-stay. We recommend!

This property is actually much bigger than appear in the pictures posted. Bedrooms are spread out for privacy and are quite large. The bunk beds room is also pretty nice with the addition of a television with video gaming. In fact, each room had a television and one bedroom had an office set-up with 2 monitors. Nice when you have to catch up at the office when away. Bathrooms were nice ( one for each bedroom) and den was a great space and the screened in porch was excellent. Kitchen offered modern appliances and the open concept between kitchen, dining area and living room was great. We were right across the street from the Sunridge Pool and Sport center. Few minute drive to grocery store, drug stores and restaurants. Our family of 4 adults and two children had more than enough space. We had great communication with the owner prior to arrival and check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Great property. Great location. Our kids are not beach kids so this place works fantastic for us. The pool is across the street and is one of the highlights of our stay. Restaurants and stores nearby are plus too. Look forward to another stay!
