Bayside condo off the pool with amazing sunset view & gym

The cleanliness was not great and did not love that we had to supply all of our own dish soaps, hand soaps, dishwasher detergent along with storage containers, but couldn’t beat the location. Didn’t love the thought of an extra cleaning fee for beach sand when the out door showers were turned off so there was no way to rinse off after leaving the beach. The pools were all closed but we didn’t know until we arrived and saw this. Overall we made the best and will book again for next year, just plan to bring those items with us.

Check-in process is very convenient. My party arrived past noon on Thanksgiving of 2024. Welcome packet envelope with all instructions and access keys and cards are inside the envelope which I pick on our way to the site from the check-in office which is nearby. Check out process is the same thing, very easy just drop off your keys in the same location. The unit is great and very family-oriented. We had a great stay.

We loved this condo! The size was great for our family of four. The location on the first floor right by the pool was also wonderful. We loved the proximity to the beach and the views of the back bay. The only thing that I would say is some of the finishing weren’t quite done(baseboards and paint were different colors in the kitchen and no baseboard in the master bath) and there was a lack of outdoor patio furniture. But otherwise a great little condo!

It did the job for the weekend! It was nice!

We enjoyed our stay but the carpets need some TLC. They had stains on them and just felt dirty. Also needed more seating the couch was very uncomfortable.

I love the layout of the condo.

The condo was comfortable for 5 adults and worked well. The area that the complex was in was very enjoyable with 3 very close restaurants. My only concern was that the shower/tub combos in the condo were very high to get in. Safety is a huge concern for older folks and/or individuals with disabilities. This should be indicated in the description.

We loved being with our family. The kitchen utensils were poorly stocked & not enough coffee mugs. The large patio only had 3 chairs & a small plastic table for a condo that sleeps 8. Storage unit had plenty of beach chairs but description of condo made no mention of them.

Nice, spacious property. Days and nights were cool. Not much was going on at the strip and because it was holiday, no shops were open. The pools and hot tubs were closed prior to our arrival. However, there were a number of bars and restaurants to go to in the vicinity. We found trivia night on a Tuesday, which was nice. There are go carts and putt putt as well. But if you want to do any horseback riding, make sure to get a reservation 2 to 3 weeks in advance of your trip. I’d suggest keeping the hot tub open until later in the year.

This is the second time booking this condo and the kids just love it. The pool, grill area, elevator, trash chute and gym are right outside the door which makes it super convenient. Jose Tequilas was a total bonus! We’ll see you next summer!?
