This is a great stay and the pictures really do it justice. We had 7 adults staying and everyone said all of the beds were comfortable and the place is clean and well stocked to make meals in if you'd like. I'm also pleased to report that the hot water works in multiple places at once so showering wasn't an issue for a group as large as ours. And the view...just amazing! Thank you

This is a really great property - good space for a larger group. It's clean and updated and really easy access to the beach and the bay, which is nice. I've stayed at several properties in this area and this one is by far my favorite.

The property was well supplied and very clean. The communication with Drift Vacation Homes was good and professional. They provided every necessary detail prior to our stay for a super smooth check in and exit at the end. The property’s location was excellent. Being in the Bay instead of the ocean side turned out to be the right choice. Was quiet and pretty private. Great family vacation for 12 of us!!

Everything was phenomenal! The city is working on the bay smell, once fixed this will make me a repeat customer to this house.

The place overall was decently nice but I wouldn’t stay here again due to the sewer pump that was located directly outside of the front of the unit on the beach so any time the doors and windows were open (which they needed to be because it was so hot inside without them open) there was a strong sewage sulfur smell. There are also 4 units located within the one building with thin walls and wood floors throughout and considering there was no AC we had to have windows and doors open which resulted in a noise complaint when watching a movie with the kids (ages 6-13) at night, the property manager calling the next morning saying there were complaints until 3-4am when our entire house was sleeping after the movie ended at midnight…just a little frustrating to wake up to a message threatening to evict when traveling with kids and knowing the place that was really keeping up whoever complained were the twenty something’s next to our place that were raging all night…I can provide a video for proof of this if you would like as they were raging the next night as well… we also spoke to the neighbors directly below us asking if we were the problem the night before and they confirmed we were not. Anyway overall a nice enough place, in a decent location but like I said wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location with amazing views! Only con was only one parking spot. Will definitely be back.

A few of my favorite things were all the bathrooms, and the feet washing station outside. We never took the elevator because it seemed very sketchy. I do wish the parking spot was a little bigger and maybe had room for our beach equipment, but luckily it was pretty well stocked. I would recommend this to anyone. We loved it.

Property was perfect for our family of 10 adults and 2 young children. Everyone had their own bed and bath with plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The elevator was great for going up and down with luggage and little ones. We had one issue with fire alarm, battery beeping at night and maintenance. Was there the next morning to take care of everything. Highly recommend.

This condo rental did not disappoint! My family and I really appreciated the wonderful space to relax and have fun. Clean as a whistle! Every imaginable kitchen utensil, appliance and cookware was available. Nothing left to desire. The views were spectacular!!! There were five of us; parents and our three adult children. Every one loved their room. Our son graduated from The Marine Corps so the location was great. Perfect Five!!!

This property was PERFECT for our stay in San Diego. Great location & amazing accommodations that checked all the boxes for us. Would highly recommend & if we head back to the SD area, we will book again in a heartbeat!

We stayed 5 nights over new years. Our dual family with 6 people had plenty of space. Condo was well stocked and comfortable. We loved the easy access to the beach, bay, and top local attractions. We were within 10-20 minutes of the zoo, old Town, La Jolla, seaworld, and airport. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely consider staying again!Things to note:-Parking is one dedicated covered parking spot under the building. Easily fits a standard car, but large truck or SUV may be tight. We had two vehicles, so a few times we had to park the other car a few blocks away. -No dedicated private outdoor space. We were aware of this, and didn't mind because of the time of year. But if that is an important feature, you may consider a different unit. - There will be airplane noise at times. It didn't bother us, but it is present.-If you stay in the cold months, there isn't central heating in the main living area. Space heaters and blankets are provided, so we were always comfortable. -Kitchen is very well stocked. We cooked several meals at the unit, and had everything needed. Overall, a great option for the area!

We had 4 siblings and spouses stay so it was great to have three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The condo is very well supplied and had everything we needed. The downside was that it would've been nice to know ahead of time how tight the parking is. The only other comment is that there was no heat source in the living area and the mornings were a little chilly.

We really enjoyed our time in this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and very well located next to the bay and close to the beach. The property manager had excellent communications and responded quickly when we had some issues with the dishwasher and refrigerator. We would love to come back in the future.

Great location and Condo.

Stayed here with a group of 8 people. We all really enjoyed our stay! The unit was equipped with everything you would need in a real condo/apartment: all kinds of cookware, plates, detergent, towels, fun shot glasses etc etc. Every room had a ceiling fan and box fan, extra blankets, hotel style folded towels in the bathrooms. Overall it had the feel of a luxury hotel inside a condo on the beach. Very nice!

The 5 bedrooms and 4 baths fit our family perfectly. Thank god for the elevator! The house is very conveniently located for walking. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great place- no complaints at all. Right on the bay. Thought it was well worth it. Host super responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

I really appreciate their responsiveness. The apartment itself was also super clean and comfortable. Love the location as well! Overall the location is great and the apartment is amazing.
