Welcome to Jeff’s Riviera Villa Penthouse, an extra-spacious, top-floor corner one-bedroom located directly on the sand along Sail Bay. With unobstructed views to the north, west, and south, this rare penthouse offers a front-row seat to sunrise, sunsets, and nonstop coastal activity—right from your private balcony.

Wake up to sweeping bay views, sip morning coffee overlookingthe boardwalk, and watch paddleboarders, sailboats, and catamarans glide past throughout the day. Take a leisurely ride around the bay on the two included beach cruisers, or stroll across to Mission Beach for surf, sunsets, and ocean breezes.

Inside, the condo is bright, open, and thoughtfully appointed with:

• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.
Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day)
Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It is equipped with electric wall heaters for cooler evenings and enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located down the hall from the unit for your use.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and bikes.
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent for your convenience. Please inquire for details.

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.

    We loved our stay! This condo is as advertised and clearly run by a thoughtful, professional host. Everything you need is available in the unit or stored on the parking level (ex., beach stuff, bikes). The unit is clean and everything was in working order. The host’s team is proactive and highly communicative. We are a family of four with two younger children and found that the unit worked well for our needs. It was so easy for our family to hang out around Sail Bay and the unit is just a short drive or Uber away from Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Sea World, and Belmont Park (among others). It’s also an easy walk, run, or bike ride away from the Pacific Ocean. Highly recommend.

    We loved Jeff’s Rivera Villa! Beautiful location and fantastic views!! There are some maintenance items that should be addressed asap, but overall we would love to go back regularly. We’ve out this in our top 5 places to stay!

    I came here to visit family to relax and spend the week working and chilling out. The view is stunning! I didn't need the a/c so cannot speak to summer weather but opening the doors on bay side along with the front door's security screen provided wonderful cross breeze. Shower didn't drain well, but I dealt with it. I will definitely stay here again!

    Condo was clean, well kept and beautiful location. The onboarding process was a bit much with the rental agency. I had to complete several questionnaires online, upload documents and then received an extremely long. Including garage codes, lock box codes, condo codes, etc. I kept a copy on my cell for quick access but it was quite the process to enter the condo. Would visit again now that I'm aware of the process, area was peaceful and close to beaches/bars.

    Everything went as smoothly as possible. The communication from the owner was very good, the VIEW was even better in person than on the website. Comfy surroundings, safe area. Lots to do. We just loved it!!
