Lots of space and everything we needed for our stay (except pizza pans). Walking distance to all kind of great restaurants. Views from both your front and back doors, steps from beach access! You will NOT be disappointed!

The property is in a central location on St Pete Beach, so close to local bars and other amenities. Slight niggle was with another party who stayed at the same time with noise levels late in the night and early in the morning - but not a problem with the resort.

Short walk across the street to the beach, which is beautiful. We love the gulf coast of Florida. Lots of great restaurants and shopping.

Really enjoyed staying at the Sunshine luxurious Condos. Everything was great. The owner of the penthouse provided extra items for the beach, towels. All the kitchen supplies were available. Really enjoyed the stay there.

While we there in September, the hurricane came through. We had to evacuate the premises, and those days' fees were refunded to us. Very professional, prompt, and considerate.

The unit was very clean and everything was available for us. The location was good, the views were amazing, and we hated to leave! We were nervous about renting this condo, but actually, it was top of our list for enjoyment on this first family vacation to the Florida area! We wished we would’ve used the free beach rides much sooner in our vacation but we’re not confident until we did it the first time. We would highly recommend this unit and heard from other renters, poolside, that their units were very wonderful, as well!

No really. They are very helpful from before you arrive to attending to issues quickly.
