Nestled toward the west end of Galveston Island, about 20 miles from the citycenter, this luxury condo at Pointe West Resort is near enough to take advantage of all the city facilities, but far enough away that you don't have to share the beach or the amazing view with too many other people. The beach is just a short stroll away (via a nice dune walkover), so when you're not relaxing on your balcony or swimming in the pool you can enjoy playing on the beach!

This home is spacious and can accomodate everyone comfortably. You will love the serene color scheme, bright and sunny interior, and restive atmosphere. Have a seat in the living room and watch some TV, use the provided WiFi to look up activities, or simply gaze out the windows to see the majestic ocean.

With a gorgeous full kitchen, the cook in your group will love preparing meals during your stay. The granite countertops, gleaming stainless-steel appliances, and ample counterspace mean that cooking here will be a breeze. Sit down at the dining room table and nearby breakfast bar to enjoy a home-cooked breakfast together before heading out for a morning walk on the beach.

Throughout the condo are beautiful hardwood floors that you will love. Step down the hallway to find the three bedrooms. One features two twin-size beds, and the second room has a lovely queen bed. The primary bedroom is furnished with a huge king-size bed, and it also has balcony access and a wonderful attached bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. A comfortable sofabed in the living room provides even more sleeping places.

If you walk outside you will find yourself on your private balcony. From here you can see the pool area, so it will be easy to tell if the pool is crowded! You can also have a seat on the patio furniture and admire the spectacular view of the ocean. This is the perfect place to relax and watch the sky turn colors as the sun sets over the horizon.

In the condo complex you will find plenty of amenities to keep you busy. Swim around the infinity-edge pool, float around the lazy river pool, play some beach volleyball, check out the fitness center, use the gas grills in the picnic area, or take a stroll along the 14 miles of walking and biking trails. With the beach so close, you will surely want to spend some time walking on the soft sand, building sand castles, beachcombing, and splashing around the shallows.

If you feel like heading into the city, a scenic drive along the coast will take you to Galveston proper. Here you will find even more miles of coastline as well as a seawall that offers gorgeous views. In town you will find all types of restaurants, as well as shopping, museums, galleries, fishing opportunities, and plenty of other activities to keep everyone entertained.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
Due to local rules and regulations, there are certain restrictions around the pool occupancy and times of use. No reservations are required, but occupancy is limited to a first come, first serve basis up to 50% occupancy. Specific information will be provided after you book.
The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available.
This home's elevators are not consistently reliable.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
