Bayfront Condo with Pool, dock and Private Beach.

Perfect location, nice water view, clean and updated. If I could change anything It would be really nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms . Apart from that perfect

Condo was immaculate- clean, fresh and perfect for our stay. Had a small issue with thermostat, but owner was very responsive and we were able to get it resolved

Very Clean and centrally located. Easy short walk to private beach with little to no crowds. Family had a great time relaxing and just what we needed. Leo was very responsive and communicative before and during stay.

I have deleted my vrbo and will never use again. I have used this site all through the years. Me and my boys go everywhere all year. I don't do reviews at all, and this was the worst place i have ever stayed at. To the point i have had to get a lawyer involved because my underage kids where threatened and i was harassed everyday! My kids have said to me they never want to go back to fl! These people should be ashamed! They keep on too! Do not waste your money!

From the time we walked in the door it was pure bliss. All of the stresses of everyday life melted away. Very clean and inviting. the beach is a short walk and veiws was tranquil. Everything you would need was there a stop by the local grocery Store to stay in and fix your favorite meals, or go down to the local eateries and bars that was also a short distance.

Best beach condo we ever have stayed at. Gulf in front of us and the bay behind us both in walking distance. The condo had everything you could need. It was very clean and completely updated. We will be back with are children and their families!

Amazing place to stay! Bay Ocean Views from the dining room and right across the street from the private beach! Definitely rent a car if you plan to drive to some of the local tourist attractions - otherwise everything's very close in walking distance. Great restaurants and bars are close. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back in the future!!

This property was beautiful, quiet and every question I had was answered promptly by the owner. Definitely recommend.

Excellent condo and host! Loved our views of the bay and all its wildlife, and the easy walk to the beach which has been replenished with sand. Lots of storm clean-up work still ongoing on the island, but Island Breeze property is in great shape. In the unit, we especially appreciated the comfy beds, the tastefully updated space with a very well-equipped and big kitchen, and a nice bathroom. Our host was excellent, communicated thoroughly and was very responsive. Would love to come back!

We've stayed at this complex in the past and love the location, cleanliness of properties & pool area, and the other guests are very friendly. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to stay longer next year!

This was the most relaxing vacation. Beautiful condo right on lemon Bay will recommend this highly and hope to be back soon!!!
