Stayed Apr 2, 2026We love Baytowne and will definitely go back. I don’t know if the owner knew or not but there was a large event in Baytowne warf and some areas were not available to other guests. The closest pool was closed on Sunday. The bed in the bedroom closest to the dining room could use a new mattress or a good topper.

Stayed Apr 10, 2026Restaurants and shops are very close by. The pool was great . The room was clean. Only thing was that a motorcycle is not allow on the property and it was a hassle finding somewhere to park it since we didn’t know and the owner knew we was bring it but stated she did not know they were not allowed on the property either. They did allow it us to park it at the Welcome center, but made it very uneasy for my brother having to worry about his bike and having to continually check on it for his own peace of mind .. but other than that the stay was great !!

Stayed Apr 2, 2022We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Sandestin! We had gorgeous sunsets right from the balcony. Stunning view of the bay The location was convenient to Baytowne Village, shopping, the beach, restaurants, and more. The condo had enough space for our family of 5. Kathy was very responsive with any questions. We booked our vacation in 2020 and she was very accommodating and let us reschedule two years later. Look forward to going back in the future.

Stayed Mar 20, 2022Family of 4 including 2 children under age 10. The grand Sandestin property is gorgeous and clean. This condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious! this was our first ever family trip to this area and we will definitely be back. The pedestrian village was such a wonderful surprise I didn’t quite know what to expect, but we had so much fun walking around-literally steps away from this condo. Definitely kid friendly and lots to do!

Stayed Jun 2, 2021A five star property with five star location and great accommodations.The only reason I gave it a four was because of the construction we were unaware of prior to checking in. Trying to put a 2+ year old down for a nap with drilling going on is at times a challenge. The actual property however is wonderful thank you would love to stay again when the construction is complete
