Nice, clean & walking distance to beach & downtown attractions.

The hosts were so very accommodating. Great location & definitely walking down to the filling station for dinner.

My wife, Daughter and 2 friends stayed for the weekend. They loved the property and how close it was to everything they wanted to do. Communication was great, they already said they wanted to stay there again next time they travel to Traverse City.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, close-to-downtown and the bay, this is it! The furniture and beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of towels and blankets available. It is clean and well cared for. The kitchen is well-stocked and a good size as is the dining area. John and Amanda are good hosts and respond quickly to any questions/needs. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip.

We traveled to Traverse City with 3 other couples. We wanted to enjoy early Michigan fall. We played gold and pickleball, toured wineries, and enjoyed the food in delightful local restaurants. Traverse City is a delightful area to wander and shop!

My friends and I came to TC for a 40th birthday celebration and we had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect - great location, roomy, comfortable, and clean. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to my inquiries. I’d highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area. My friends and I are already chatting about when we can get back!

Everything was as advertised. Nice condo and great location for walking to town, waterfront park, etc. Owners were great to deal with and very responsive.

We rented this property for a 2 night stay and loved it! The main living area was spacious and the table was perfect for games at night. The beds and bedrooms were clean and comfortable as well. We had one minor issue with the shower and John was super helpful and took care of it right away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location! Beach across the street, downtown a block away, short drive to tip of peninsula and out to Sleeping Bear Dunes (a must see). Plenty of space and two good sized beds.

The property was clean and beautiful. The location was very central to downtown, amenities were close by and easy to locate. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this location.

The condo was very clean and, except for the couch (sleeper-sofa), very comfortable. Could use some room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. Excellent location, close to downtown, with easy parking. Hosts were responsive. Overall a very nice place. We would enjoy staying here again!

The property was as listed and the owners were very responsive to questions. It was a perfect setting close to downtown and the fireplace was an extra bonus for the Michigan winter weather. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with a group of 6 women for a girls wine weekend. The venu was in a perfect loction and had plenty of space for the entire group. I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Bay Park Condo was excellent. The condo is incredible clean spacious, cozy, and very accommodating for any family or group up to 6. The living room fireplace was such a joy on some cold Michigan nights! The hosts very extremely timely with information for access, check out, and provide many means for contact if needed. The price was right for this awesome spot. It's close to so many hot spots in the area with very close access to some great local eaterys as well. Can't say enough positive things about this Condo!Thank you very much to the hosts!

We stayed after Christmas through New Year's, and it was the perfect property for us. We used the fireplace every day to warm up after outdoor activities, and to create a cozy ambiance. This condo complex is in the perfect location to walk to the downtown shops and restaurants, and went there several times a day. On New Year's Eve, we enjoyed watching the CherryT Ball drop in downtown and the countdown to 2025. The rooms are all a good size, and we loved the primary bedroom with the walk in closet and ensuite. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some simple meals, and all utensils and appliances were available to us. The hosts were very communicative, and the check in process was easy and well explained. We even asked to stay an additional night, and were accomodated. We will definitely be back soon!!

The listing was accurately described and pictured. It was quiet for a peaceful nights rest. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked, check in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. I highly recommend.

The location was perfect. The unit was spacious. However, the unit reeked of cigarettes. The carpet, especially intbe entrance of the Master bedroom was filthy. There was a light bulb out in the master bath. Place just needed a deep clean or replacement of the carpet. It could be a very nice place.

all areas of the condo were clean except the carpeting was stain it may have been cleaned but the stains give the appearance of being dirty. did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the bedrooms. would stay there again if carpets were replaced.

The house was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great stay right in the middle of everything.

This was a very nice property, and we were really happy with it. Extremely roomy and comfortable for four adults, great location, very clean and a great layout in the common room. I’m only giving it four starts because the bathtub in the master bath didn’t fill up so the jacuzzi jets were not usable, and the drain in the master bathroom sink wasn’t working. Other than that, this was an amazing place and I would happily stay again!

In addition to the place being in great shape we appreciated the supplies that were available to us. The instructions were very clear so we had no need to contact the owner.

It was our anchor, as we would be gone all day but would come back and change, and or reschedule to meet other loved ones, we had 44 family members that we partied on the beach in Yuba with and on Oxford Drive in Traverse City, making so many wonderful memories.
