Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Sunrise Apartments many times, which tells you we are great fans of the resort. We missed last year due to hurricanes and it is impressive how New Homes Beach Rentals have managed to restore the resort to its former glory. It has great facilities, a fantastic ;location with the bay out back and the beach out front. eEverything about the booking, and the hep and service we received whilst we ere there was faultless.

We had a really nice stay at Sunrise Resort in St. Pete Beach during the 4th of July weekend. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for our family. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, making check-in and daily use hassle-free.Although the weather didn’t fully cooperate with some rain over the holiday, we truly appreciated the cozy, relaxed time we got to spend together indoors. The resort still made the experience enjoyable with great views of the fireworks from both the front and back of the property.It was a peaceful, intimate experience for our family, and I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a well-located, comfortable place to unwind and enjoy some quality time.

Nice location by St Pete Beach location. Lots of room and kitchen equipment well stocked. Condo is a bit dated - ie most of the blinds did not work. Accommodations were great yo walking to restaurants and to the beach. Room was quiet and did not hear neighbors. Nice to see both sunrise and sunsets

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, due to hurricane Helene an evacuation was mandatory Wednesday morning shortening my stay by 3 nights..... luckily I have family in the area, but others may not have. Room needs some furniture upgrade- couch old and uncomfortable as well as soiled. Photos on VRBO were enhanced, and not true to the condo. I had to put a blanket over to sit in it. My first time staying in St. Pete Beach and probably my last..

We had spectacular views from both decks, the east and the west. Most mornings we watched a spectacular sun rise while drinking coffee. We also saw the manatee play from our east deck. Loved our stay at this location and would love to return.

This is true for many of the units with the old vertical blinds. We did not care for the welcome notes discussing charges we may incur ($50 for damaged bed covering and $25 for missing beach towels). Also, a $160 cleaning fee is automatically charged, so did not care for the tip envelope for the cleaning service.
