Stayed Apr 29, 2022Our stay was Friday through Sunday. We had three couples stay and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was great. The location was close to the LSU campus and there were several gas stations and food choices close by the condo. We went to Top Golf on Saturday and ate at a restaurant called Sammy’s Grill on Highland, great food and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend and use this condo for extended stays.

Stayed Aug 13, 2021The place does have 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms which is a plus. The place wasn’t very clean(hair in sink and place felt dusty) . The first room the comforter was dirty. Bathroom didn’t look so clean. Beds are definitely not comfortable. I felt bad my daughter didn’t want to sleep under the sheets , she felt they were not clean. The place did it’s job. I don’t necessarily think Baton Rouge is a super clean place as it is with all the humidity and stuff so for what it is I suppose it was OK.

Stayed Jun 17, 2021We walked in and the place smelled like cigarettes. The sheets were USED and DIRTY but the bed was made, there was saliva and hair on the pillow cases and a toe nail in one of the beds. There was hair stuck to the kitchen counters and the floor was extremely sticky. There was the silly string sprayed on the living room walls. None of the vents looked like they had been cleaned in years. It looked like whoever has been cleaning the apartment, and I use this word lightly, was taking complete advantage of the property owners. The property owners were very kind and extremely apologetic for the status in which we found the apartment. We did not stay and we’re refunded our money immediately.
