Romar House Villa is a unique property located on the premises of Romar House condominiums. This one-of-a-kind Villa with its four bedrooms & three bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably, will be a great destination year after year.
This property is located within the Romar House Condominium complex. It is a short walk around the condominium building to get to the pool and Gulf of Mexico.
Completely remodeled, this private villa has lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped for even the most gourmet cooks. All new appliances including a stand-alone icemaker are the perfect addition to this beautiful place. With access to all of the amenities at Romar House, guests can sit on the beach and bask in the sun while enjoying beautiful turquoise water and watch dolphins play. Romar House Villa has a beautiful private shaded backyard to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun goes down.
The sunroom features a new gaming table that has 10 different game options. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
Romar House Villa also features all new furniture in every room. The primary bedroom features a King bed with a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom has an additional king bed. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds. The last queen bedroom is located upstairs and also has a private bath.
Romar House is a gated community to keep the Gulf Front beach from being overcrowded.
Two parking passes only are provided per reservation. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area. No trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed parking at Romar House.
Additional parking for other vehicles/trailers/ etc., will need to be arranged off site and are not included in the rental pricing.

*** The HOA of Romar House will embark on a significant project, replacing the northside exterior railings for 1 and 6-stack units in the A and B buildings. This endeavor, starting on 04/15/24, is expected to last approximately six weeks.

The Villa is very nice and perfect size for our family vacation of 8! 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom and its more spacious than you'd think. 2 bedrooms had a built-in sink with mirror for brushing teeth/makeup which was a hidden gem! It's a very short walk to the pool and beach. We used the grills by the pool area 2 days. We did have a minor issue with the cleanliness of the villa but was quickly rectified by the Manager. You cannot drink anything near the pool (even water) so we only used the pool one 1/2 day.
