Great stay! Owners were very responsive with questions. The condo was clean, everything needed was available. The rooftop hot tubs were a very nice perk!

The host was accommodating by letting us into the condo early since we arrived early during a snowstorm. Wish there were more suggestions on what to do in the area. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and the heating element wasn’t working properly on the dryer. Wasn’t drying the clothes.

The stay was great. Everything was clean, great layout, easy check in and check out.

We loved our stay in this condo. The beds were super comfy and there were lots of warm cozy blankets on the beds for the colder nights. The location is just a quick drive to town which worked great for us. We used the roof top hot tubs every night. We would absolutely book again.

The baseboards could use a good cleaning and the bathroom ceiling vents are clogged with dust.Just fyi

Condo was beautiful and immaculate. Michael and Dustine were wonderful hosts, providing many thoughtful, special touches, including great information about the area and a well stocked kitchen. Location was central, with easy access to parks, the bay and downtown. I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the condo! I only gave it 4 stars because the king size bed I slept in had a few dips on either side, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable at times.Location is stellar and was close to all things downtown.

Rooms and arrangement of space was good. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient location. Liked being able to walk over to the waterfront streets, park. Door to unit difficult to open- had to enter code twice every time to open the door. Area directly surrounding the building seemed a bit seedy- people hanging around, felt a bit odd.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Very clean, great location, and owner was great to work with.

This was an ending to a trip for my wife and I to take my mother across Michigan and the timing was perfect. This location was ideal for accessing downtown and the region.

We were so pleased with EVERYTHING! The place was clean, updated and spacious for the 4 of us! The location was perfect for our trip. Centrally located for the wineries and downtown. The owners were quick to respond and check in/check out process was simple. We would definitely stay here again next time we go to Traverse City. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay in the two bedroom condo. The two king size beds were extremely comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood close to all the Traverse City hangouts. Our host was extremely helpful when we contacted him. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Nice place great location

The VRBO was beautiful, clean and located to everything. Even though it was a rainy weekend we had such a good time. We went shopping, thrifted, had great coffee and great food! The hot tubs on the roof were great! The neighborhood wasn't the greatest and we were a bit bummed we looked over the parking lot. Although once inside we did feel very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was modern and well designed and comfortable for our family of four. Easy access to town, Old Mission, and even points north and east. Good space for family gaming, hanging out, and the rooftop hot tubs in the snow were just up one floor by the nearby stairs or elevator.

My husband and two teenagers stayed one night in this condo over Thanksgiving break. The condo was very clean and modern but lacked coziness and warmth. Our family was excited to stay and explore Traverse City. This condo is not close to the downtown shopping area or the restaurants and shops. Our family was excited to use the hot tubs which were described in the condos description. However, the hot tub was kept at a very low temperature and locked in place so the hot tub was lukewarm at best. One of the three rooftop hot tubs were broken leaving two hot tubs available to use. During our hot tub adventure there was a participant in the other hot tub that was blaring, rap, music, and smoking weed. Needless to say this was not the perfect situation or circumstance to put our two teenagers in We found that the refrigerator was constantly running. There was a strong humming sound that occurred all night long, in the morning we woke up to find that the freezer was frozen, and it looked as though the freezer needed to be defrosted. We did e-mail the owner and he responded quickly and said he would take care of it. This was unfortunate. On a sidenote, our family wanted to watch the University of Michigan versus Ohio State football game. We were hoping to watch this game in the condo as the game occurred at 12 noon. The TV is placed very high on the wall and the surrounding furniture is not comfortable or functional. We did appreciate the coffee essentials and dryer

Extremely clean and stocked with many items. We felt very safe in this building and was very quiet. Gorgeous decor and very comfortable sleeping areas. Hosts were easy to contact and check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely return to this location.

Anything we needed was there ! So thoughtful Very well stocked. The ease of entry all doors was fantastic ,The hot tub was fun and relaxing.The auto blinds were great , Close to everything . We already decided next year again

Our visit was to spend time with our son and his fiancé. We had 5 ppl plus a 2 year old which was a bit much for the space but we made it work. There wasn’t a high chair as stated but we made it work. The utensils for cooking were not sturdy which was frustrating but we made it work. If you like to sleep with a fan, bring one, there is no circulation in the condo. Overall, the stay was great!

The condo was modern and upscale. All of our needs were met. Comfy beds, large shower, well appointed kitchen. Even small details were attended to such as tourist information, writing material. Location was great to visit the wineries. Everything was a grade above the towels, linens, as well as condo itself. I highly recommend. We had wonderful hosts.

This was just a couple of blocks from our friends who live it TC so it was incredibly convenient. The owners were very responsive to my emails and the directions to get in to the place were very detailed. It was super spacious, clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again!

This clean, new condo was perfect for two couples. The condo is very well stocked. We called the owners once with a question and they responded right away. The weather was perfect and we spent time on the rooftop lounge and used the hot tubs. Very convenient location to everything in and near Traverse City. We’ll definitely come back!

This property is extremely clean and conveniently located. Host had some excellent suggestions for the area. We went to Sleeping Bear Dunes and had awesome ice cream at Moomers. Would definitely stay here again!
