Stayed Sep 26, 2025Easy walk to the main street of Telluride! Comfortable beds, clean, great views! We didn't ski but the lifts were right outside of the condo!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Property was easy to check in however, it appeared to be not maintained or not taken care of very well. Numerous areas of damage throughout the entire home. Bathrooms are also extremely small. Some wear and tear would be expected from being a pet friendly place however, problem areas are definitely not from pets. Codes to hot tub and property were also not up to date and luckily a neighbor was able to let us in. For the cost to stay at this property, I unfortunately would not recommend.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024The location was excellent, however, the unit was in poor condition. Definitely, not worth the price we paid. Everything was broken. For example: we had to be careful getting in and out of bed because of nails poking out of the wood bedframe. Nothing was stocked; not even trash bags or coffee. Have been going to Telluride every Christmas for 15 years. This is the worst unit we have stayed in.
