Awesome updated condo at Phoenix VI!

Excellent place!!! Great view nice and spacious area loved the indoor pool and easy access to the beach! 10/10 recommend and will stay again!!! Thank you for a wonderful mini-vacay!!!!

The condo was great, just as described. Our view of the beach was wonderful. During our stay we enjoyed the saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and the weight room. This had everything we needed. We will book here again.

However if you have any mobility issues you may want to know that the toilets are very low to the floor. My husband has back and knee problems and he struggled getting up and down.

Everything was clean and neat. Had the best stay. July was wonderful to work with and so responsive. She even called to check on us. We will be staying again!

Everything was great! Condo was clean. We had a nice family vacation.

The unit was fabulous. The shower head in the second bathroom needs to be replaced It makes the water feel like needles and needs to be adjustable.

Location and parking was great as was the inside of condo!

But when we arrive the front desk treated us like garbage… totally disrespectful and wanted to be very unhelpful .. lied and told we were no where on the roster, no concern what so ever… then said oh now i see it and that would be 55 to park … maam my parking says free. What is the problem. Its like she disliked me from the time i entered the building and i dont know why, all I said was hi how are you, i have a room reserved. And it went left from there. She spoiled my trip and tried to disturb my excited peace of being able to relax. The condo and stay was awesome. But her customer service action makes me not want to return.
