The host was very prompt getting information to me and was very thorough. I really liked getting the detailed information a week in advanced.

All around excellent venue. Will definitely stay again on next visit to Austin.

Overall great stay! Check-in and communication with the host was smooth. Location and proximity to popular attractions was perfect. The space was ideal for a couple exploring the area. I would book again and recommend to family and friends.

This is a nice location with easy access to much of Austin; and the manager is reachable to appease the various issues that can come up. Highly recommended.

This little place was perfect for me to stay in while my daughter attended Freshman Orientation at UT. It was close enough for it to be a quick drive, but far enough away that I didn’t have to deal with major traffic. The neighborhood was perfect for early morning & evening walks and convenient to anything I needed! The owner was very helpful and communicated well. Pictures are from an early morning walk and a cute park a couple of streets over.

Great location, clean, comfortable. Tobin checked in to ensure I was okay, and I had no issues at all!

The apartment was excellent! It was clean, it had a smart TV with an hdmi cable, a USB-a charging block, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need (coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans, cuttlery, water filter, coffee cups, wine cups, bowls and plates, etc), the bed was comfortable, there were extra blankets to sleep on the couch, which was also comfortable. The location was a short drive to the center of austin, and right next to South Lamar, which has plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. I will definitely rent this room again if I every come back to Austin.

Enjoyed my stay here during a long weekend with one of my friends. It is a cute and clean place to stay. I had one issue during the stay not related to the actual rental but it was taken care of quickly and excellently!

Nice Clean Apartment great Location.

The property was well maintained and the bed was very comfortable! Check in process was easy, and the neighborhood was very close to great breweries and restaurants. We highly recommend this lovely SoLa stay!

When we arrived keypad was easy to use. Place was extremely clean the most clean place I’ve ever stayed at. The chairs where a little wobbly from use. Also the water pressure was not great but not awful. Very quiet peaceful and as posted. Would definitely recommend it’s close to everything and the school.

Our time in Austin was awesome, Tobin was an awesome host! Great location, and everything is close.

Had a great time and really liked how close this was to everything downtown without being in the busy city. Would highly recommend this location.

This place was just what we were looking for during our stay for an event at the Palmer Events Center in Austin. I love to walk and it was a nice one to and from the venue. It is quiet, serene, clean, and comfortable.

All was well until air conditioner malfunctioned on final night of stay. Hot. Recommended otherwise.
