Awesome Maui Oceanfront! Spectacular sunsets! 1Bed/1Bath of Hawaiiana

The property was nice, and affordable for the location and time of year we stayed. The kitchen is very well outfitted and having laundry in the unit is great. There is no air conditioning but that's not a big deal, just opening the windows and patio door lets the ocean breeze in and everythings good. This is a first floor unit and the ocean waves are thirty feet from the patio, the constant sound of the ocean might not be for everyone but I loved it

So this condo is simply amazing!!! The host is excellent at all he does as well from places the locals eat at to things to do. The location is great right next to a huge beautiful beach area with benches and all and bakery which in my opinion the banana bread out here is overrated. I love to cook and bake so it is our choice the cinnamon roll however AMAZING you must get this and let it dissolve in your mouth and while you’re there get a coffee right next door at bad ass coffe. Sorry got sidetracked tracked this is about the condo. The pool heated perfect and like having your own pool was never crowded dipped and stayed in it on side with nice breeze so peaceful. We got up every morning before the sun and greeted with a rainbow almost every morning and gorgeous sunset from your lanai every evening they come out a regular couple here super friendly wish I could remember your names an Indian couple and she blows the conch shell to the setting of the sun. Snorkeling on your own private beach was fantastic calm waters fish on coral reefs and most we saw were 4 turtles at a time and a couple seals. These are bigger than they appear they will frighten you when they swim up on you. I could go on and on but definitely 5/5 well done Matt

Our visit was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! The property was beautiful, clean, in an excellent location, with excellent company! We had the opportunity to get to know a few of the neighbors who own their units and wow… they were so inviting! We enjoyed sunsets with the blows of the conch shells and a farewell“Aloha” to close out each day alongside of new friends!!! Easy place to stay. Living room furniture a bit dated but when in Hawaii I’m not there to stay in my room. Overall great location, easy to access and host was genuinely helpful and easy to communicate with! We had a great time even though we were in Maui during some pretty awful weather.

The host was extremely accommodating. We arrived late in evening and the lights were on and it was lovely not to walk into a strange dark place. He also granted us a later check out on the day we were leaving. It was so nice to hear the ocean while sitting in the family room. There was a lovely breeze through the condo and fans kept it cool enough.

Our host was very accommodating and responsive. The condo is very close to the waves as they incessantly roll into sea wall that fronts the property and the ocean sounds are quite relaxing. I believe there was once an ample beach, but was not present during our stay, so to access a sandy beach you’ll need to walk or drive. There is a nice grassy area outside your door to enjoy the afternoon sun and sea sounds. We were very pleased with the condo interior as it was clean and well kept with ample kitchen small appliances and gadgets. All the knives were very dull. The bed was very comfortable.

The property was great and the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. The host was gracious enough to allow us a late checkout since our flight was in the evening. They had a nice Playmate cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrella, and many other items that were very useful.

We loved staying here. The condo fit all of our needs and was very comfortable and clean. The view was AMAZING. We also loved the walk ability of this area. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a great condo. It had great access to the beach and the condo itself was well maintained. We stayed on three different islands during our trip and this was our best accommodation. There was always enough parking. It wasn't too loud but the bedroom window is right next to the elevator so you could hear other guests. It wasn't that disruptive and didn't change our minds about how nice the condo was. The shower was nice.

What an amazing place to stay! With the ocean steps away from our patio, we saw turtles and whales spouting from far away. The sunsets were absolutely fantastic - so many pictures. The condo was perfect with all it's amenities making it feel like home. Waking up each morning and making coffee and sitting outside with the view was the highlight of the trip :)

An older property that has been updated. The open windows allow you to listen to the waves at night. Close to everything.

We wanted a place right on the ocean so we could hear it and see it. This oceanfront did NOT disappoint. Nope, no beach, but it's winter in Maui and this time of year the ocean is strong and takes the sand with it. It didn't matter that there wasn't a beach here, we were still able to travel just down the road and there was beach for us to layout on and play in the water at. The condo gives way to an amazing view of two other islands and we saw many humpback whales (bring binoculars) and sea turtles from the lanai. Everyone was compliant with the quiet hours, so no noise complaints. The condo is located close to shopping, dining and the beach. Great sunsets. Matt was prompt in responding to any questions I had. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

We loved staying at Matt's place. It has amazing views. We saw whales and turtles swimming by. The neighbors are amazing. Matt is a great host and was always in touch throughout our stay. Would def. recommend his place. As other reviews mention, it might be little noisy if you are a light sleeper, but closing down all the windows reduces the outside noise a lot and would not bother you!

We loved this vacation spot. From coffee on the lanai each morning, margaritas in the afternoon, turtles by the sea wall, and a short walk to “the best cinnamon buns on Maui”, we had a great time. The condo was in a perfect location as we didn’t drive. A 20 minute walk got us to restaurants, grocery stores, and souvenir shopping. The condo had everything we needed.
