AWESOME Beachfront Condo; Clean, Smart; Lazy River, Hot Tub, Pools; Book Fast!

The condo was lovely! Very clean and comfortable! The view can’t be beat! The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was in the condo. Very easy to get to the pools and beach. The pool area was very clean and we had a lot of fun. All employees and guests at the condo were very friendly. We were very happy with our stay! The owners of the condo are great with communication. The location was close to everything we wanted to access. There is a nice spa and gift shop right across the street.*Note we traveled with elderly people and they were not able to use the pools because of the large step up. We noticed another elderly woman also having difficulty. *The parking deck was great but it’s a little tight if you have a larger vehicle.

Awesome condo with an amazing ocean view! Very clean and plenty of space for our family. The kids loved the lazy river in the pool area and the covered parking was a plus. All the beds were very comfy and the shower in the master was the best. Communication with the host was also great. They checked in ahead of time answered any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this place.

The condo had everything we needed. The beach chairs were a big plus! The furniture and appliances were in good shape, and it was clean. Condo staff was friendly and kept the hallways, elevators, pool area etc clean. Owners did a great job of communicating the details of check in/check out, codes etc. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great beachfront condo on the 10th floor. It’s spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The condo is nicely decorated with lots of amenities. Just take the elevator down to the pool area and it’s a short walk to the beach. There is also a nice parking ramp with a skywalk over the road. The condo was clean and communication with the host really good. It was family friendly with plenty of room for children to play.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The room was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the beach view made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers

This condo is every bit as described in the listening. Absolutely beautiful. The balcony is huge, the view is amazing! Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, and very large. Owners are very responsive. This is in a quiet area of North Myrtle Beach but close to so much! We appreciate the 3 extra parking passes as we were here visiting family and friends. My wife and I stayed here in early November 2025. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. In fact, this is one place where it’s better in person than the photos on the website. Some aspects of the condo we particularly enjoyed:* Clean and tastefully decorated - Everything about the place was clean, and the decorating was well done. Homey, not institutional.* Building and facilities well maintained - The building and facilities are very well kept up and the management is present and active. * Truly stunning views and sounds of the ocean - Even on the 10th floor, you still can sit at the dining room table that is back from the floor-to- ceiling windows and look right out at the water. The sunrises are gorgeous. So nice to go to sleep to the sounds of the waves.* Kitchen is well equipped - My wife likes to cook scratch meals when we vacation. The appliances are in good shape, and she had the utensils, pots/pans she needed.* Three Bedroom/Three baths - Was really nice to have a full bath with every bedroom. * North Myrtle Beach Location - Out of the commercial overload of Myrtle Beach, but close enough to get there quickly if needed. The beach itself is great for walking, and is kept very clean even in the off-season.* Parking garage - The parking garage dedicated to this building is directly across the street and there’s an enclosed walkway between them. Very handy.

Truly loved the “at home” feeling this condo felt for us. The host were truly wonderful to work with and the hospitality was top notch!! We will definitely save this a favorite for the next trip in the area!! Thank you Shannon and Brent!!

We have stayed in many different condos over the years in North Myrtle Beach and this one is our favorite! The condo was clean, well stocked, has a great layout, beautiful view, the list goes on. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and then coming back to the pool area every day with some laps in the fun lazy river. We enjoyed several evenings in the hot tub too. Communication with the owners was easy and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Shannon and Brent’s condo is spacious with nice comfortable furniture. The extra large washer and dryer was a nice plus! Nice to sit on the patio with the sand just steps away. We rented umbrellas and chairs which were directly in front of the condo. Shannon and Brent also had chairs and umbrellas in the condo to take to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Everything was perfect. No complaints at all. Will definitely return.

This was the cleanest property at which we've ever stayed. I can't give it a 5 because there is always room for improvement, but I wish everywhere was this clean.

Great location, beautiful beach view, nicely decorated. So much to do in the area. Great hosts! Would definitely recommend!
