Awesome Beach view 2 Br/2ba SLEEPS 6-8 near “The Hangout” IWW 479 oceanfront

The property was fine and the condo was pretty but the condo was not clean. There was thick dust on the ceiling fans, pictures the vcr, tvs ect! There was food on dishes in the cabinets and the stove! My nephew has allergies and he was sick all week!!

We felt right at home in this condo and we were able to fully relax and refresh after many hours in the car. The owner was very accommodating to our questions and we can’t wait to go back!

Being steps from the beach was such a plus. We could hear the surf from our deck. Only big negative was that the unit had Dish for their TV. Because of negotiations with the major networks, no local stations were available. We missed one of the NBA playoff games.

I was very disappointed in the condition and size of the condo. I cleaned things up to make it more pleasant for our stay, not what I had in mind for a vacation.

This place was awesome! Clean, with everything you could want right there. The pool was heated and very clean. Ocean front views and beautiful beach right outside the door. Will definitely want to rent again next year.

The beach view was perfect! Our mom's felt like they were on the beach. (Close enough for them)The kitchen had everything needed! The host responsed quickly and even called me to make sure we had all that we needed! The condo was clean and there was convenient parking. Of course it was in waking distance from the Hang Out! As well, as convenient other eateries across the street. Check in was smooth!

Condo was in a great location, walkable to the Hangout and lots of restaurants and shopping. We even walked to the grocery store at Pier 33. Our 1 year old enjoyed the highchair for breakfast and all of the pool and beach toys in the kids’ closet!! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were no beach towels - so bring yours or buy some across the street. The workout room was nice to use. Overall, we had a perfect, relaxing and easy trip to the beach! We can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful condo for a group of 4. All the convenience of home but with an exquisite view!! Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay!!! The condo was exactly as described. Very clean! Faced the ocean with beautiful big sliding doors so that you could enjoy the view inside. Fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable furniture with plenty of seating in the living room. The decor was so cute and beachy. You can walk to restaurants and ice cream parlors plus of course the beach is right there. Big pool with plenty of chairs.

Gorgeous view of the beach and had all the amenities we needed! Just close for everything to be walkable but not so close the there was constant crowds and noise. Pool was great and the beach was very clean!

We loved our stay! The location is great, walking distance to The Hangout and lots of souvenir shops. The condo was well supplied with tons of pots, pans, and cookware. The rooms were spacious, and the layout worked really well to maximize space. We never had to wait very long on the elevator, and there were carts available to get suitcases and groceries to our condo with ease. The beds were comfy and there were tons of options to watch television, if you have the patience to mess with it a little to figure things out. We had no complaints at all and highly recommend this property.

The host was very welcoming and quick to respond to questions.

Pros: good amount of space, good beds, directly on the beach, great balcony, big kitchen, beautiful view, tastetful beach decor, perfect for a family of 4 with teenagers, easy check in/check out, friendly staff on property, easy to find location, good communicationCons: older property, some rusted bathroom fixtures, no peephole on front door, sounded like toilet ran constantly (sounded like the tank filled up every 5 minutes all day & night,) would be very very busy during peak season due to location and proximity to public beach (this was not a problem for October!)Overall we had a very nice relaxing fall getaway!

Balcony over looked the gulf but was tricky getting the door open.Great place to hang out!

Great experience! Host was absolutely great to rent from. Perfect location! Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful view! Condo was very clean, spacious, and had all the necessities. Plenty of parking. Building staff were very friendly and the building and grounds were kept clean daily. Definitely would rent again. Great vacation!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect- right on the beach with beautiful views and walkable to many restaurants. The condo was clean and the host was responsive and friendly. We'd love to stay again!

Perfect location. Smaller complex which helps keep the beach less crowded. Condo is very comfortably furnished. At the end of the hallway. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony is kind of small by it’s ok for 2 people. My only complaint is paying 50 for parking.

Enjoyed our quick trip to Gulf Shores. Building is conveniently located. Brought elderly mother and she enjoyed the location, beach access and kitchen.

This property was perfect! We absolutely love the location—right on the ocean, within walking distance of shops, the city park and restaurants. The condo was spotless and very welcoming. We have rented from these owners multiple times and have only positive things to say about our interactions. We will be back!!

SUNRISE AND SUNSET ALL FROM THE SAME BALCONY IN NOVEMBER

Everything was as it shouod be. Smooth process. Nice area. Good beach location.

We wanted to get away for a quick fall break weekend with our adult children. We arrived a little bit early and were able to communicate with the owner and they graciously allowed us an early check-in. We found the condo very clean and accommodating. We had everything that we needed for a comfortable getaway. The property on which the condo was located was extremely well maintained and clean and everyone working on the property was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very short and convenient walk to the beach which allowed us to not have to drag an entire days worth of stuff at one time. There are soft drink machines in the lobby as well as an ice vending machine, which is very handy. The pool area was very clean as were the complimentary grills. The grills were equipped with grilling tools and a bag of charcoal. We really couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. We'll definitely book here again the next time we travel to the beach.

A nice apartment a short walk from the Hangout. Easy beach access for great sunrise and sunset views. I liked the fact there was a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker.

It has a great view of the beach! It was a nice place to stay. We would definitely stay again.

Everything went well. No problem with owner & they communicated well when request was made to change dates. Only hiccup was change dates not picked up by condominium office so advance parking pass could be purchased online.
