This particular unit does not have a view, but the larger property is very nice and is very convenient to the beach.

This was perfect for our quick get away, pools, beach, huge tub were perfect.

Had a great trip. Condo was a little smaller than we realized when we rented, but that was on us. The access to the Hilton resort next door was the ace for the trip.

This was a great property for our short stay in HHI. The condo was very clean and the walls were very thick where you did not hear the neighbors. The space was cozy but the pictures in the listing are accurate and it wasnt a surprise. The amenities with being able to use the Hilton pool, grill, etc were a great addition and covered parking was great. Highly recommend!

The location is wonderful. Steps away from the beach and pool. The bikes provided were easy to use. We had a nice stay. We messaged the host about an issue with the condo. They replied with steps that could be taken. It was not an immediate issue and was not affecting our stay. Without confirimng with us and following VRBO guidelines the owner entered the condo without our knowledge or permission. We only knew of the entry because we saw him exit the condo on our return from the beach. He did introduce himself after exiting. The intent of this review is to be honest and transparent. As renters of the condo we felt our privacy expectations were not met. VRBO has privacy guidelines to make the guest experience great. In the future I am hopefully the host will follow the guidelines. If they do I would recommend staying there.

The apartment is small, so I couldn't imagine staying here with more than two adults and a young toddler, but for that or a couple it is great. The location is great and the pool and beach access are fantastic. The owners were responsive to my questions at check-in regarding the parking pass and before arrival. Only downside is with the late check-in and early check-out you basically have very limited access to the facilities those days.

The resort property was excellent! The condo was small but well laid out. The only thing they could do better is to have nicer bed linens and towels.

Such a cute condo with a just perfect location. Using the Hilton Grande pools, hot tubs, and Oceanside Grill were important for the success of our vacation. The condo is on the first floor with an easy elevator ride, up from the ground floor. The living room area is spacious. We ate breakfast by using the lap trays that were on the bottom shelf of the coffee table. The beach chairs were a wonderful perk as we flew and did not drive from home. We did not use the bikes, but there are paved bike trails nearby. If you have a car, there will be a parking pass waiting for you. Parking areas are on the left side of the garage, with CBC marked on the concrete bumper stopper. All in all, for a couple, you will enjoy the care given to preparing this condo.

The property was stunning. It was exceptionally clean and the location was prime for walking distance to the beach the pool pathways for riding bikes and shopping and dining. The owners were very responsive and and timely. The check-in and checkout process was seamless. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back again.

We enjoyed our time while on HHI. The condo was in a great location and had the amenities we needed. We were very happy with the communication process with the owners and appreciated their quick response to our questions.

This property was perfect for our stay on Hilton Head. The beach was right there and we could walk to dinner. The bikes were an added bonus for exploring the island. When we encountered a small issue, Lori was so responsive and took care of things asap.

We spent a few days in March. The condo was clean and tidy. The amenities of the property were beautiful.

The property's access to amenities was incredible, as it provided a great time to get away and relax by the pool and beach! The location of the property is perfect, as it is an easy walk to the Coligny Plaza with many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed riding bikes to few further restaurants as well!

This property is in such a great location, 2 minute walk on path to the beach, so many restaurants/shopping around in just a short ride/walk, condo is in great condition! Couldn't have picked a better spot for a winter weekend getaway!

We had a great time visiting friends who winter on HHI. Even though 4 - 6 inches of snow fell on the island during our time there.

A little bit better differentiation between Carolina Beach club and Hilton grand resort has arriving late at night trying to get up elevators to Hilton. Grand resort does not work.

We had an overall wonderful stay. The amenities this condo provides are top notch. The ocean front resort style pool was so clean and water was heated warm enough for swimming in mid October during a cold front. Walk to the beach is very easy with very limited soft sand to walk through. Condo met our needs for our 5 day stay. We would stay again.

This unit was great for our short stay in Hilton Head with our two small children. As explained in the listing, the unit is on the smaller side so I think we would have needed more space if we were staying for 3 or more days, but for two nights this was perfect. The amenities at the Hilton Grand were great and the location can't be beat! We also requested early check-in and was easily granted it. The only issue we had during our stay is that the AC would stop working occasionally and we had to reset it multiple times. I assume this is a common issue though because there were instructions on how to reset it in the provided binder. All in all, great location for a small family or short trip!

This is the perfect location - the shared pool and amendities at Ocean Oaks are a bonus! We had asked about an earlier check in and they were very accomodating for the few hours that we needed. Perfect for 2 adults, but a little small for adding anyone else... that would be my only concern.

We had a good time at Ocean Oak and how close the beach and pool were. Close to nearby places to ride our bikes , good food at the grill, excellent pool for young kids! The condo is a smaller one but that was clearly stated before we booked it , so knew what we were getting. The hosts were great at timely communication and accommodating. We personally thought the mattress in the bedroom was pretty hard but to each their own. I could have reached out about it but we were only there for a short trip so we made the best of it. Overall good stay and good place only thing I would have done different or recommend is for those that need soft bedding roll up your mattress topper and bring it with incase you want it.
