Great few days at the beach celebrating an anniversary.

The condo is wonderful, the area has a lot of great places to eat and things to do! No beach access but it's not to far away. Get out and enjoy the area!

This was our family's third year this year and enjoy the comfort and convenience this place has to offer for our vacation plans. Look forward to the next stay already.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo and it was perfect for us. Very cozy and comfortable. In a great location, right by the pool on Sea Trails property. We really enjoyed the screened porch area. Would stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this property, the first time was such an amazing outcome that we had to come back. The place was very clean and accurate to the website description, the location was beautiful, and the price is unmatched. We already plan to come back next year!

Living room furniture could be updated. Chair doesn’t work very good. Only old tv shows. Unable to get any sports

We enjoyed this first floor unit with nearby parking. We had lots more room than a hotel room provides and Lord willing, we will be back. The location was excellent and Vacasa kept in touch with us to make sure everything was in working order. The kitchen was very well supplied and was the best we’ve ever seen! Had a Keurig and a regular coffee maker too!

The positives: there were plenty of towels, face cloths and basic kitchen utensils, cups, dishes etc. and the beds were comfortable. Vacasa provided quick and efficient service. The negatives: there was some major deferred maintenance in this unit. The sliding glass door to the screened in porch could not be moved, we thought it was locked shut, but the repair person told us that the rollers needed changing. He tried to lubricate the rollers but it was almost impossible to open. The weather was beautiful and we wanted to sit in the screened porch to have a drink and enjoy the weather and grounds. Very disappointing. Also, the screened porch chair cushions were very dirty and there were spider webs and cobwebs throughout the porch. The next very major problem was a slow leak at the base of the toilet. Dirty mucky water was slowly leaking near the toilet and shower/bathtub. The repairman informed us that the seal at the base of the toilet needed changing. We needed to put a towel down on the floor to soak up the water. One minor problem was the bathroom was dim as a light bulb needed changing and the repairman took care of it. There is some deferred maintenance that should be taken care of before renting to others.

The apartment itself is nice enough, but the scratchy/rough sheets, towels and paper products seemed institutional and cheap.

Everything is cute and cozy, and it was very clean! It’s just like a little apartment with amazing upkeep! The pool was a great spot for relaxing. I feel the whole thing must’ve been well insulated because i barely heard the neighbors. We were minutes from the beach and beach stores so all in all 10/10. Will definitely stay again next year.

Overall great stay. Location was perfect for restaurants, golf and beach. The property need a bit of TLC such as the sliding glass door to the patio is very difficult to open and there’s a water pressure issue when the suite beside this one using showers and etc.

This rental was perfect. It had everything we needed. The rental and location was beautiful. The well-lit surroundings at night, added to the overall experience. I felt secure and safe.
