Welcome to Avalon II, an AvantStay home! This home was featured on the Emmy award-winning TV show, Staycation!

Our open floorplan is great for entertaining. We hope you’re a fan of dinner parties! Head out to the deck to fire up a feast. If you’re feeling adventurous, Spruce Street Suspension Bridge and its killer views are only a 10-minute drive.

Nearby Attractions: Balboa Park, Seaport Village, San Diego Zoo, Spanish Village Art Center, Little Italy (Italian anyone ), San Diego Seaworld, Gaslamp Quarters (dining/shopping), Waterfront Park, Mission Brewery, Omnia Nightclub, The Morning After (breakfast), Lucha Libre Taco Shop, Biga (Italian), Coronado Golf Course, La Jolla Cove (30 min drive).

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note: Stairs from the parking area are required to access the home.
- Please note, we do not allow shipping or deliveries of parcels to any of our properties since we do not have access to mailboxes, and cannot guarantee delivery, receipt, or protection of your items at the property.
- Any amplified sound that can be heard within 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours.
- Driveway may be difficult for low-graded vehicles to park. There is limited street parking in the area.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.
- Please note that there is a set of 10 stairs from the parking area to the building entrance, followed by an additional 12 stairs to access the unit.
- Please be aware that the home is located on a steep hill if you plan on walking to the property.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

    This is close to the airport and has a view. We enjoyed the sunset! Bed is comfortable and I like the locked gate feature. The apartment is bright and updated. Nice to have all the mugs too. No Kerig that I noticed but I made due. Would definately stay again.

    You are really in the middle of all the attractions - Sea World, Zoo, Balboa Park, the market of Little Italy and the Neighbors are truly safe and so nice. And above all the host is very diligent in all our needs, we just ask and it is delivered asap!!! And the appartment is very clean with all what you need in your every day It is highly appreciate mostly because I travel with my Grand Daughter.

    Great property, very close to everywhere we wanted to go. The only small thing we would change is the beds were a little hard. Other than that it was very nice, the amenities such as the washer/dryer and frig were very useful! Would definitely stay here again!

    Location was great, easy access to Old Town San Diego to catch the hop on hop off trolley to see sights in San Diego area. Only frustration for husband we could not get NFL night games on the streaming TV while there. Obviously not an issue for me.

    The location is everything we were 10mins away from everything that we wanted to do........we were thoroughly satisfied with the accommodations that this place provided. The view, the quietness, and the space. Check-in was flawless. There were a couple of issues that were addressed right away. I would highly recommend this location.

    This was a very nice and clean condo, along with a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee with a sunrise. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and the condos were gated for extra security. We'll definitely return again in the future!

    Great first impression, home looks and feels brand new. We had the second floor unit with a great view of the san diego harbor. Parking was easy and accesible. Home decor was modern and minimalist which I loved! Would definitely stay here again.
