Avalon BEACH BLOCK 2 Bedroom Condo with POOL East Unit / Sleeps 4

It’s a no frills kinda of condo. Great location & pool was worth it for me. Parking on street. No beach chair or tags. The kids running upstairs was noisy

The place was nice with good location but the tenants upstairs were so loud that it sounded like a herd of elephants.

This is a comfortable 2 bedroom condo, perfect for a couple or family with kids. 3 min walk to beach, ample parking and free parking lot next door. Walking distance to the boardwalk, ice cream and arcade. Short walk to boardwalk Fishin' Pier Grille - great breakfast spot. Convenient location for access to all the downtown locations. And Pet Friendly!!

Some improvements: Hangars in the closets Back door does not close tightly, and deadbolt doesn’t work Only one trash can outside for all the units No dustpan with broom to sweep sand up Mattress pads a bit soiled Beds were comfortable! A bit of mold on bathroom window

This was the perfect place for a weekend away with friends. So close to the beach and restaurants- the seafood festival was right across the street. Couldn’t ask for a better location

Arrived the first night the place was not cleaned. The streaming of TV was difficult it kept buffering, for the rental price a basic tv channel package should be included. The property management got the cleaners there early the next day. They were very responsive.

Walkable to everything in Avalon proper, and easy access to beach. The condo is cozy and just what we needed for a long weekend. The kitchen had all the needed amenities and was relatively new in terms of updates. There were a few minor updates needed with the bathroom (no towel holders/hooks, and limited storage), but overall the place was great. And the pool was a fantastic bonus for cool-off/relaxation.

This stay was great - The house was clean and the location and access to a pool were amazing. Carissa was very responsive throughout the process. There were no question marks as the house etc were exactly what we expected per the posting.

The property was clean and up to date. The pool was also very nice and clean. Perfect location for walking to shops/restaurants and right next to the boardwalk.

Unit was well cleaned when we arrived. Great location very close to the beach, the Avalon boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Lovely pool While water was heated. not comfortable when the heater was turned off. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Queen size bed is comfortable. Now on the negative side, it was very hard to get information from the property manager Before booking or arriving. The two twin beds are so uncomfortable to the point of being impossible to sleep on- very hard. The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable as well. The bathroom lights flickered on and off all the time Which makes one wonder if the electricity in the whole unit is suspect. TV reception is spotty at best - not really as described. Both lamps in the twin bedroom did not work. The upstairs apartment is very noisy you can hear them walking around and doing almost everything. They did not provide sheets or towels which seems a bit unusual for a unit that is as expensive as this one is. Overall, I think It was an average unit not horrible and not great. The best things about it are the location and the pool. With a few adjustments it could be much better unit than it is.
