Stayed Oct 20, 2025Great apartment and loved our stay!The apartment was a perfect location with an easy walk to all of downtown Austin. Loved the bike & walking trail directly behind the building and being one block from Rainey street. Would stay here again if we are in Austin!

Stayed Apr 24, 2024Very nice modern corner unit condo on the 19th floor with nice views that overlook freeway and Lady Bird Lake. Balcony was nice to have. Living area was spacious and comfortable. Everything looked new and clean. Appreciated the Nespresso machine and coffee provided. Bedroom could use a luggage rack, as there is no dresser for clothes. Nice coffee shop/ bar in lobby. Condo is a great location to walk along the river, walk to Rainey Street or wherever you want to go downtown. So much to do in Austin and this was a lovely home base. Communication and check-in/check-out was easy. Only downside was there was so much construction going on along the river walk (which I think is scheduled to be completed this year) and Rainey Street—huge high rises being built with cranes and construction going on all day and some sidewalks blocked off made walking a bit tricky. Would be absolutely perfect if not for the construction—still would recommend staying here.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The overall of the condo was beautiful. Checkin was confusing - the desk clerk asked for the name of our host which is something I was never provided when booking and/or when I received confirmation from Vacasa (booked directly through their website). I never imagined I would need to google how to use a coffeemaker and they weren’t open downstairs. We didn’t have any waters in our room which seemed odd - friends staying there did have them. We spent some time in the pool in the afternoon and after dinner planned on heading back in but when we arrived (about 9 pm) there was a condom floating in the pool; GROSS. Lastly, when using the bathroom sink water at night the whole condo ended up smelling like sulfur. Overall a pretty great place for the price.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This unit had amazing views to the River and the City of Austin, just like the photos show. It is a high end, luxurious property. Property was cleaned to perfection and all utensils were like brand new. The bed was very comfortable, fast internet that allowed me to work from my computer with out any issues. I had everything that I needed and more. The check in process was very easy. Everyone at the front desk of Vacasa was super sweet and welcoming. I would highly recommend this unit, it is corner unit so the views are breathtaking!
