Stayed Apr 25, 2026Jason was an amazing host and very easy to communicate with. The room was clean and everything it was advertised to be. I would argue this room has the best view in all of SunDestin. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here and would definitely like to book it again in the years to come.

Stayed Apr 15, 2026Great place to stay… will be even better when the construction upgrades are done. Right in the middle of everything Destin. Awesome view of the beach and gulf from the 18th floor, got to see dolphins and pelicans everyday! Clean and comfortable accommodations with everything you need.

Stayed May 12, 2025We were dismayed that many of the amenities were closed or unavailable during our visit. The restaurant and bar were closed, both pools and the hot tub were also closed due to construction. Construction started at 8:00 am (our room was on the top floor and workers were walking around long before. Management’s was nice enough to give a a partial refund whe we contacted them.Check with the property about construction before booking.
