Stayed Apr 6, 2026As an owner of a rental property in Big Bear, cleanliness is my top priority. I was very disappointed in how filthy the carpet was. I am by no means suggesting to remodel. However, a simple carpet shampoo is a Must! My daughter’s pajamas would be black from crawling around the carpet. We never walked barefoot because the first day our feet turned black within minutes and then stuck to keeping socks on which turned very black in a short time walking around the carpet. The stains are insane which shows the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. I just felt dirty :( The listing says updated, which is very misleading. There is a big area rug covering some parts of the carpet but it just kept moving. We were shorted towels but they did respond and bring some promptly. If you like to cook in the condo I would advise bringing your kitchen essentials. Convenient location being that it’s across from the village especially with little ones. I am not sure we would stay in this same unit unfortunately. I didn’t take many pictures so I’ll share for reference.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Fantastic location for Trailfest! We enjoyed not having to fight for parking. The host was extremely responsive, which we appreciated. The decor is a little bit dated, but it’s clean and safe.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Perfect location for my family and friends to stay close to the village for the Margarita Festival. There was only one negative and that was the sofa bed situation. Listing says it has two sofa beds, but it only has one. Even if there were two sofa beds there is no room in the living area to set them both up. Normally I wouldn’t complain or put this in a review but we were expecting to use the second sofa as a bed. Fortunately one of our friends brought a cot or they would have had to sleep on the floor or double up with someone on the sofa bed. Other than that the place was very nice.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025This place was really nice and spacious. Really close to the Village where there’s a lot of restaurants, brewerys, and live music. The only downside is that the days we stayed were a little warm and the condo does NOT have an A/C or ceiling fans which made the condo feel a little warm during the day.
