ATLANTIC BREEZE ~ 2B/2BA Renovated Retreat w/ Pool, Fitness Area & Beach!

Beautiful place to stay. It was spotless,and everything you needed..The decorating was absolutely gorgeous.Very spacious unit .One of the most beautiful places we ever stayed at . We will definitely go back

Host was very good at communicating, checking us in, and even going above and beyond to ship clothes that we left at the condo! Property was nice and well kept. Living room, kitchen and balcony was surprisingly bigger than we were expecting!

The balcony is HUGE. Property owner was super responsive. Note that, while there is a sandy area by the pool, rocks are between you and the ocean, so there's no getting your feet wet. But the view is beautiful, and the pool is really big. We walked a few blocks to the Paradise Cafe for morning coffee/breakfast (it's also open lunch and dinner), and we were a quick (10 min) golf cart or bike ride from the action on/near Duval Street. Ubers also easy to come by. We'd stay at Atlantic Breeze again in a heartbeat! It's lovely.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and inviting. My only problem was getting used to the climate. I am used to opening windows for fresh air but the instructions required keeping the windows closed to accomodate the AC. But the primary reason for keeping the windows closed are the biting insects.

Excellent location. Very modern and clean condo. Well stocked for our 2 week stay. We would come again.

It is also the most well stocked condo that we have ever stayed in. My husband and I did not need to buy any of the essentials, only our food. It was very peaceful and relaxing and I used their community library to find a book to read while I was there. We were not in the crowded noisy part of Key West but it was a short drive away. We also liked that we had a covered indoor garage for our car. We will return!

What an amazing place to stay for Christmas. It is beautifully renovated and has everything you need for your stay. The property is great with a pool that overlooks the ocean. The balcony is super nice and we loved having our morning coffee out there overlooking the trees.

Great condo! Very clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with thoughtful additions such as condiments. Location was good close to Smathers Beach. Highly recommend!

The property manager was very responsive to all questions! The unit was very spacious, and had everything we needed. It’s a little further out walking wise from Duval, but quick drive or bike ride. We traveled with two kids, and it was great place to stay with family! Would definitely stay again!

Honestly five stars really doesn't seem enough. Overall this is an outstanding place to stay. So many people on VRBO beg for excellent reviews, and without pandering, this place actually deserves it. The communication was wonderful, chicken was easy, the condo was absolutely spotless I mean immaculate. The grounds are wonderful and the access to the pool and small Beach area were wonderful. No problem biking to downtown at any hour day or night. If you have any qualms, I would say just book this, your friends, family or spouse will thank you...

Plenty of space for two couples. Very well appointed. Loved the decorations, made us feel we were definitely on an island vacation. Beautiful view off balcony of courtyard and lots of seating on balcony. Wish there had been a ceiling fan as not much air gets in through all the vegetation. Wish the second bedroom had an actual queen or king instead of two twins pushed together. The beachfront for the property teally isn't swimmable. Pool has lots of rules, and can't use after sunset. (No rafts, balls, drinks)

Excellent location! Property is exceptional with upgraded accommodations throughout. Kitchen was well appointed with new appliances and a wide variety of kitchen accessories. Bathrooms were great with plenty of available linens. Check in was a breeze. Only issue we encountered was the very low ceiling in the garage (barely 6') which didn't allow for us to park our golf cart inside. The entire complex is under renovation, which did block off some of the available parking but had no effect on any other aspect of our stay. Overall GREAT experience!

Beautifully renovated property. Modern kitchen with all the amenities. Lovely decor with view of gorgeous tropical gardens. Everything was spotless when we arrived. I’ve never stayed in another vacation rental that was this thoughtfully stocked. The beach is only steps away from the pool area. There was an ample amount of seating at the pool. Loved our experience.

The condo was beautifully remodeled. It gives off a tasteful coastal vibe. It has everything you need and more. All furnishings from the furniture, plush bathroom liens to the kitchen appliances is more than enough to provide for a comfortable stay. The only issue that I had was the master bedroom mattress was not comfortable. That’s the only thing I’d change. However, it would not stop me from renting this condo again.

It was beautiful.. not in the center of all the action but it was a short drive to Duvall street.Would stay here again!

The entire process from finding the condo on line to checking out was very easy. Property manager communicated with us entire time. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation get away. Close to everything. Community that lived in condos were extremely friendly

Atlantic Breeze was a beautiful condo. Close to the fun Duval Street food, live music and friendly people.

Our Family of five enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Super comfortable, climate control is great, location we could have asked for better and it was super easy to communicate with the owners/managers. Can’t wait to come back!

We thought that we would have had a view to the ocean, but it was blocked by trees in the courtyard area. The condo was nicely refurbished with everything that we needed. The only negative for the condo was that the beds in the guest room were horrible and the guests actually slept on the couch the entire stay. The on-site management folks were very help.

There was a bit of construction while we were there but they did not start until after 9am. The location is quiet but a bit removed from all the main attractions so driving is required to get anywhere. Overall a great place to stay!
