Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good experience. The location and view were fabulous. However, the condo could definitely use an update. The dishwasher wasn't attached to the wall and would tip out. The stovewas ok (has coil burners) The refrigerator with icemaker was fine with the exception that the produce drawers were permanently off track. Dryer installation was a little scary, but it worked well as did the washer. I was grateful they were there. The dining area could use a brighter light. All bedroom furniture had a bubbly, scarred surface, but there was lots of storage. The master bed is too high for short people and sags in the middle. There was ample, comfortable seating for 6 in the living room. Sofa bed was actually comfortable to sit on. One of the biggest disappointments was the 24 tv screen in the LR and only one bedroom out of 3 had a tv at all. Bathrooms were fine but maybe install some grab bars for older people. Elevators were fast and there were plenty of carts to bring luggage and groceries up. Grills for guests to use were gas fueled and relatively new. In spite of what I have described we had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo. Just know what to expect.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was during a tropical storm but we still had fun. Only thing that we didn't like is only 2 small televisions in our condo. Everytime before we had television in each room plus living area. It made it deficult when trying to keep children satisfied with being in during a storm.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is badly in need of a renovation. The appliances worked and were usable in the kitchen, and they were reasonably clean. The condo needs a deep cleaning, the walls were dirty, the second bathroom was very dirty and the entire condo smelled unpleasant. The furniture inside the condo was old and also in need of replacement, the beds were not very comfortable. The balcony was nice, but the plastic furniture on it was broken and covered in bird droppings - we had to clean 2 of the chairs ourselves to even sit in them. We had family and friends staying in other condos in the building and the other condos we saw were in much better shape. I would not recommend this condo to another person.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a typical old building in a great location. The elevator issues were in the pre-information, but still slow getting anywhere. Everything in the condo was aged, out of date, worn. Including the bed, coffee maker, pillows, chairs.....The TV was smaller than my work computer, and was not a smart tv, and took a while to connect to the very basic cable. Great location, nice beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: was not happy at all with the condition of condo. Was very dirty and was not the picture showed on line. Only one elevator working. doors falling off track in bedroom, carpets were very nasty. I understand they are rented all time, but someone has to take responsibility. For what I had to pay certainly wasn't worth it. although when I call they had someone come and try to clean it,and also had someone come and try to clean carpets and furniture. Owner needs to take care of property. I've owned rentals. the view was great and beach was very clean. I should be reimbursed some of my money since it was that bad. also had to go buy a coffee maker because there's was so nasty.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was average. The air blowing through the door kept us up most nights and the key card was having issues opening the door. The place was a little outdated. Wasn't worth what we were charged for it.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We knew from the pictures that the condo was a little outdated so that was fine but the bed was expected. The mattresses on the beds were well worn which made for a few rough nights. The condo could have been a lot cleaner. There was hair all over the bathroom wall. I know the floors get sandy and dirty throughout the stay but the floors were so dirty when we first walked in we took our shoes off and put them back on immediately because our feet where black. Also we saw 3-4 HUGE roaches on the property, 1 of which was in our condo. The properties and the pool were pretty standard. We will not be returning to that condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a unit in Adalaya Towers for the month of March from Garden City Realty. Adalaya Towers is in a wonderful location between Murrells inlet and Surfside. The staff at Adalaya towers is wonderful. They have a great indoor pool and hot tub, and the outside deck is great space. The outdoor pool wasn't open for the month of March but it's a really nice area. This unit is totally outdated. You sink into the couch when you sit on it, and the chairs have to be 20 to 30 years old. Our balcony furniture was filthy. The unit could have been cleaned better. We did call Garden City Realty and had maintenance come. They were very prompt. The legs on dining room table and all of the chairs were dangerously loose. The Garden City staff was very nice to work with. The tile floors in the living area and master bedroom, are very nice. They have a brand new washer but the top of the dryer is covered with contact paper. The carpets in the two smaller bedrooms need to be replaced. After spending a month at Adalaya Towers, we found that this was one of the only units that has not been updated and renovated. I would rent a unit from Atlanta towers again but I would not rent this unit through Garden City Realty. The owner has a unit with great space in a good area but it is in terrible shape. The owner needs to step up to the plate and update this unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 903 was the worst unit I have ever stayed in! all the pillows were flat, stained and old. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. We had to change the AC filter, completely stopped up. Trash can lid was dirty. TV in living room was way too small, no TV in the second bedroom for the adults. Washing machine sounds like a freight train was rolling in. Dirty baseboards under bar area, no bar stools, had regular table chairs at the bar area. The owners need to spend some of that $2000 I spent fixing up the place and purchasing new pillows and mattresses. Didn't sleep good at all there! The rugs on the patio were filthy, the table on the patio was dirty/stained, the cushion on the lounge chair on the patio was ripped and unsightly! Worst money I have ever spent on a place to stay in Myrtle Beach! I can not believe Garden City Realty would represent the owners of that unit. They should have paid me to stay there!
