Aspen Riverfront Luxury 3BR, Top Floor, Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, 7Min Walk to Gondola

Great apartment. We appreciated the location and easy access to the ski slopes, and also the very well equipped kitchen which we made a lot of use of. The facilities (heated pool, hot tub and gym) are also great. No issues with parking. The hosts were communicative and helpful, and check-in straightforward. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerry and Brian’s property in June. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Kerry and Brian were attentive hosts, checking in during our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The daily housekeeping service was a lovely touch and kept the condo feeling fresh throughout our visit.The location is excellent—conveniently situated in town while still feeling peaceful and relaxing with ample parking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace overlooking the river, as well as the pool and hot tub. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return and highly recommend this property to others visiting Aspen.

Had a great time in this well appointed condo— only thing wrong would be the sweetie bunk bed… could be heard all night from other bedroom…. Love the river views. I painted every day. Extra towels & pool towels were appreciated. Kitchen supplies & TP so we didn’t have to purchase as much. Thank You! We will be back.

We've been coming to Aspen for well over 20 years and this was by far one of our favorite stays. The condo was exceptionally clean upon entry with daily housekeeping service. We also loved the personal home touch, artwork and direct views of the river! Hosts were extremely responsive and very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Hosts were the best…very helpful with pointing the way to restaurants, transportation and questions about the area. Condo in good location to downtown and shuttles.

The condo was very clean in a nice location and matched the photos in the listing. Being on the Roaring Fork River was a plus. Brian was very easy to work with. If you are contemplating renting the condo during the summer be aware that there is no air conditioning. While we were in Aspen last week the temps were in the mid 80's. Also, the condo is on the third floor of the building with no elevator so if you have a lot of gear to haul up you should be aware of this fact.

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us, and the location was super convenient to the base of Ajax and City Market. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was a very nice touch. The living area was cozy and spacious enough for the 4 of us, with a big dining table. The bathrooms were nicely updated, and the steam shower in the master was lovely. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses were not super comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Close to downtown. Right next to free bus stop that can take you anywhere on the 4 mountains. Host was extremely accommodating.
