Our unit was great for the 4 of us. The only recommendation I would give is to provide some spices, specifically salt and pepper in the kitchen for guests to use.

They also took us to Aspen highlands and buttermilk. We loved the hot tub and the heated pool was a dream. We also took advantage of the ski in and ski out at Aspen mountain. Fantastic location within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

The condo was clean, spacious, modern and the kitchen was well appointed. The pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids. The fitness center exceeded expectation. As for the location, Aspen Alps is in town, backing up to the mountain, close to all the restaurants and stores and just a few steps from the gondola. Can’t wait until next year.

Screens falling off the windows and not fitting properly. Bathtub and shower look like they are original from the 70’s. Carpet is shredding. Kitchen utensils and limited and old/tired. No air conditioning. You can hear everyone walk by and their conversations. Woke us up many times. Very much like staying at a tired holiday inn.

The drivers all had personality and were pleasant to engage in conversation. I am the head of our company, and we do not have the consistency of excellence from the top to the bottom of our team. Other than this review, our stay was so easy and relaxed that until this review I didn’t think about work. My only criticism would be the quality of the furnishings. The age of the facility cannot be helped, but an update of the mattresses and sofas would be appreciated. We are repeat customers and will be again. The staff and location will bring us back.
