Home away from home!

The kitchen was big. the kids had lots of space. The house is very family friendly

Property was primarily as described, great location close to the beach, it was further south of the boardwalk & downtown area but a quick drive & the location allowed for it to have a quieter, neighborhood feel.The host was easy to communicate with & gave a clear instructions on a few expected things; there was a hurricane impacting the area during our stay & he helped us make sure the property was secured properly.Property is definitely recommended for any families or groups looking for a nice home near the beach!

Great week, place meet our needs to a “”T” Ocean City is a great place to visit, beach is the best. Easy access to the rental, typical beach house, only negative is rugs could be updated, but was no big deal. Would stay there again without a doubt.

Great OC beach house!

Love this house and location. It’s our 4 th or 5 th time staying here. The house has everything you could want; comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, great porch with furniture, and lots of beach chairs and a cart. Very relaxing.

Clean and neat, close to beach. Exactly what we expected from the photos and description on VRBO.

Rooms were pretty good. Did notice a couple bugs in the master bedroom and bathroom. Oven was dirty. Idk if cleaning service handles the cleaning of that or not. Also the toaster had so many crumbs in it. Guess others don't know how to shake it out when done using. So we didn't bother using it. Karl is great at communication. Love the location.

Well appointed and lots of room for our early summer week. Furniture a bit dated but comfy. Some cosmetic issues but nothing that was deal breaking. Super communicative and responsive owner. Perfect landing space for a restful week! We would definitely come back!

The property is nice and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. It would be nice to have linens supplied but it’s not a deal breaker. There are a lot of stairs to manage

This was our 5th stay in 3 years at this lovely beach cottage and our love for this place continues to grow! It has truly become a second home for my husband and I. We pull in with our pickup; unload our belongs and bikes; and the truck sits. We literally bike everywhere we need or want to go. Even downtown for shopping and restaurants. The house is just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk and a great location away from the business of town. It's also well supplied and the secure storage room at the carport is perfect for our bikes and rack and toolbox. This visit we had some questions for the owner and he was immediately available to help! Already looking forward to visit #6!

This home has everything you would want. Our weather was great close to the beach. My Family love staying here. we been renting it on and off for 10 years now. Very comfortable and Family friendly.

I grew up coming to ocean city in the summers with my family and wanted to take my kids to experience the magic that I did. Our stay was great. Easy access and beds were comfortable.

Third time renting this home in 4 years. Location is great, home is clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Couldn’t ask for more!

We had an awesome stay here. Places to eat were within walking distance along with the beach. Short drive to boardwalk.

This property was good for our stay. Location was good, layout of the place was good, it was clean, things were clearly marked, etc. My only minor complaint is that the place could use a coat of paint. You can see some of the walls are dirty and a fresh coat of paint would make this place perfect. Again, that is a minor complaint.

We stayed for 3 weeks and overall, our stay was very good. The size and layout of the home was great. The kitchen well stocked. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, upon entering the home we were overwhelmed with a musty odor. We did quite a bit of cleaning and used air freshener which helped but we were never able to completely get rid of the odor. Replacing the carpet would probably help a lot.
