Sitting on the west and east sides of a well-maintained condominium, our rental offers scenic views of the canal and landscaped backyard. We take very good care of the property, seeking to give our guests the best of both a home and a hotel. Either on the unit’s east or west decks, the pristine beach, or by the pool, there is plenty of space to enjoy the sun in an area surrounded by nature.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and close to everything. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes but not bad at all. Only complaint would be to add some new pans to the kitchen.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025It was relaxing! Sites and attractions were not close. Frying pans need replaced. Could use more than one towel per person. Over all it was a great time. Pictures of condo showing beach was not accurate. Property manager was very nice an helpful.

Stayed Sep 30, 2023I had a wonderful long week-end stay at this apartment right next to Ocean Air and very close to Pamlico Sound, perfect for kitesurfing excursions and enjoying Avon! Wonderful host, and a very clean and charming apartment. I loved the windsurfing and kitesurfing pictures;-)

Stayed Jul 30, 2023Our family stayed Sunday thru Friday. It was nice and relaxing. We had to pool to ourselves most of the week. On the northern edge of Avon so everything you need is a short drive away. The condo was nice and we had no issues.

Stayed Jul 26, 2023I chose this condo because it is centrally located on Hatteras. Spacious for the two of us, very clean, great communication with the host. Eco-friendly technology for lighting, fans, and a/c was impressive. I would definitely book this again…highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we depended strictly on previous reviews as to location and convenience to everything as we booked our stay. We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival! The condo is well kept and incredibly clean…which is a MUST for me. The location was great! The condo is very energy efficient and we liked the fans so much, we’re replacing the ones in our own home. We had a delightful stay and we’ll return next year. Thank you so very much!
