Arkstone Retreat 1 - 4 minutes from the Ark!

Great place to stay after our visit to the Ark Encounter. The apt. was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was easy. Definitely will stay again when we come back.

Everything was just as described and the host was very accommodating! Would highly recommend this unit!

We had a wonderful stay at our rental this past weekend. The rooms were clean and lovely. The host was friendly and always asked if we had everything we needed.during our visit. Everyone had a great time.

Overall was quite good. The steep walk up to the parking lot was unexpected, but not a deal breaker.

Very noisy upstairs neighbors the first night. Did you sleep much the first night. Also, the glass furniture in the living room, was not kid friendly. But overall we were happy with it.

We reserved this property to stay as we visited the Ark Encounter. The accommodations were comfortable and as described in the listing. We had a brief issue with the check-in code but received an alternate code, via text, and successfully entered. We enjoyed making meals and found all the items needed.It was a nice stop on our trip!Itwererecommunication

We were surprised that the unit was one of two units on the bottom of a 4-unit complex (permanent residences were in the top two units.) Young, early rising children who like to run resided above our unit, and we think at least one member wore high heels. Upon our first meal at the dining room table, one of the children was up-ended when the chair collapsed (no injury beyond pride.) At shower/bath time, the water did not drain well. (You may use your imagination.)Gratefully, the mgmt had the chair repaired and unclogged the tub. All in all, we accommodated. The unit was close to the sites we wanted to see, and since we mostly needed the place to crash after long days, it met our needs.

We had a great time staying at the townhome. It was super close to the Ark. Quiet neighborhood.

The apartment was dirty, chips on the rug, smelled like smoke and body odor. The furniture was cheap and unsteady, it felt like it was going to fall apart any time you sat on the furniture. The beds were the same way and the pillows and linens smelled like body odor. The vents in the ceiling were hanging out of the ceiling. You could hear every step in the apartment above and beside this unit. Very noisy. We did not feel safe at this apartment or location. We checked out after the first night and got a hotel. In attempt to alert the company of issues, they stated they would check it out and call us within 24 hours and we never heard back from them. Will never stay here again and do not recommend this rental!

The unit was perfect for our stay as we visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum.

Roomie, clean, good spot for going to the ark. We really didn’t do much there was out most of day.

We didn't realize that the Ark wasn't open on Sundays, so we only stayed one night and the child upstairs kept us awake late and even earlier in the a.m. There were no sheets for the futon Otherwise it worked out great. Thank you
