Arizona Biltmore Condo - Close to everything + free WiFi!

Fantastic place, loaded with amenities and around great places to eat and do groceries. The place is spic and span!

This was our second time staying at this fabulous condo. It has everything we need and the location is perfect! Close to shopping, restaurants and trails. We will be back!

Amazing! This place exceeded our expectations in every way. As someone who’s a bit of a clean freak, I can honestly say the condo was immaculately clean. It’s modern, well-maintained, and very comfortable.The private garage parking and convenient access to the elevator made everything easy, and the location overall is excellent. This was our first time doing Spring Training, and we absolutely loved the experience.The pool and fitness center are just steps away, which was a huge plus. The host was communicative, thoughtful, and made our stay seamless from start to finish.We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely condo. Pool area has lush foliage and plenty of sunny and shady areas to relax in throughout the day. And to top it off there’s a gentle water feature that gives the sound of moving water. Love this place!

Host was responsive with necessary communications. Unit was exceptionally clean and up to date. Unit was well supplied with appliances, utensils, and other needed and convenient items. Everything was of high quality and in good working order. After 30 years of timeshare experience this was definitely a great step up for us.

This is the place to stay visiting Phoenix! Hostess was great in communication. The place has everything you could want for the comfort of home. Very clean which is a must for me. The pool was pretty dang nice also. Thank you and we will be back.

The Arizona Biltmore condo was amazing! We are avid VRBO travelers and this condo was one of our favorites. Sheri was a great communicator and all details were accurate on arrival. Easy check in and check out. Condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked, safe neighborhood, great central location, kind neighbors, gated community, underground parking spot. Fantastic restaurants in the area, Safeway next door. I highly recommend the Arizona Biltmore Condo and we will definately stay again in the future. Thanks so much, Sheri, for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, quiet, and close to stores and restaurants. The underground parking was fantastic. The pool area was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. We already booked our next stay here and are looking forward to returning!

The condo was immaculately clean. The hosts were very clear with all of their directions, so entering and exiting the property was smooth. There were enough shops nearby including a grocery store which we shopped in for food. We saw the pool but did not have time to use it.

Owner was FANTASTIC and efficient at communicating! Place was perfect. Walked to nearby restaurants. It was great!

Great location to everything.

This place was absolutely lovely. Only had one question and it was answered quickly. Love the decor. Celebrated our 3 year anniversary in Phoenix and this oasis of a condo is literally close to everything. The bedroom had a little view of the pool and the residents were very nice friendly and helpful. I will visit again and this will be my top choice for somewhere to stay.

Great management and communications, very well equipped, full kitchen, easy check in, very clean. Would definitely stay again. Just a note: the balcony has no real view and overlooks the pool pumps and equipment, so it is noisy if you sit outside.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Clean and quiet! The underground parking was awesome, close to the elevator for easy access and hauling our luggage in/out. The pool was refreshing with lots of shade from the trees around it. Would stay again if we return to the area! Thank you!

Great great location. Condo is 1 minute to complex’s pool which has lots of sun and lots of big shade trees. Gas grill is just as close. Underground parking kept the car cool. Unit is great one bedroom, very updated.

We were in town for 3 nights for a family event. This condo was very clean and comfortable! Communication with the host was very easy. Directions to the property were detailed and clear. Underground parking was a huge plus, as it was at least 105 every day of our stay. We did not use the pool, but it looked lovely. I did use the small gym, which was a nice plus. Very convenient location! Walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants. Would highly recommend!

As an owner of a vacation rental and a very frequent traveler, I have a pretty high standard for short term rentals and this one checked all the boxes. This apartment is so well equipped I would like to give it more than 5 stars! It's nicely decorated and all furniture is comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving. Incredibly clean! Public spaces are immaculate - pool sparkling - parking reserved - gated community. Walk to grocery store and restaurants. Flexible management - we will stay here again.

Condo was very clean. Everything that we needed was in the condo.

Our family was in town for a soccer tournament. We were looking for a rental that was centrally located, near shopping/restaurants, had nice amenities, and was easy/breezy. This rental checked all of the boxes - great location, condo was nicely furnished, easy access across the board (into the complex, condo, pool/gym). What I loved was the little things like a cooler, laundry basket, night lights. Check in/out was easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I have rented in Arizona for the last 20 years and this is the best condo I have ever rented.Will rent again.

Lots of space in this unit that was everything shown on vrbo. Nice furnishings and well stocked, plus the convenience of a garage. location is excellent for walking, shopping, and restaurants. Very up-scale area.

The condo was in a perfect location, immaculate and beautifully decorated. The hosts thought of everything that we needed. The property was perfectly accessible for someone with mobility issues . We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It is immaculate, very spacious and exquisitely decorated with attention to detail and comfort. We very much appreciated the full kitchen and washer/dryer and access/communication with the owner was seamless.. The underground parking spot and elevator made unloading very convenient.

Everything you want in a vacation rental. Everything. The property, the parking, living space, outdoor space, kitchen, bath, bedroom, laundry, etc,etc,etc…..

Overall our stay was great. The location is perfect, restaurants and shops nearby. Condo is quiet and secure. Simple beautiful decor. Only two things I would critique were the bedroom was very dusty and as a person with allergies it was a little bothersome but easy to take care of ourselves along with the bathroom rugs had not been washed in sometime so we did wash those. Mattress could be better. Gave my husband issues after two nights.

The vacation home was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was very nice with many options for food and shopping. Highly recommend!

We stayed here while visiting family in Phoenix. Everything was sparkling clean and so welcoming. Bed and bedding were so comfy and the condo was well-appointed. We loved the convenient location. It was too hot to sit outside and we didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it looked lovely! We would definitely stay again.

Super clean property, appears newly renovated, roomy. Very nice, would never look anywhere else to stay. We didn’t use the amenities but pool looked very nice. So much better than a hotel room. The complex was very clean, people we walked by on property were very friendly. Exceptional stay.

Short stay in Phoenix. This property is very well appointed, has a beautiful pool, and is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend! The host was very responsive and helpful!
