The Neighborhood:
Arcadia is one of Phoenix’s favorite neighborhoods, known for its variety of restaurants, cocktail bars, brewpubs, upscale boutiques and antique shops. Camelback Mountain is easily accessible, making Arcadia popular for hikers. Centrally located between downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale, there is plenty to explore.

Getting Around:
Lyft and Uber are popular in Phoenix. There are also some bikeshare options and Bird Scooters available nearby. If you plan to explore outside of Arcadia, a rental car is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.
- Pets must be approved. If our team finds evidence of pets without prior approval, we charge a $200 fee.
- Please clean up after pets. A $75 fee will be applied for any waste left behind.
- Please respect our neighbors and community and keep noise at a minimum at all times.
- Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, dumpsters are located in the parking area.
- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.
- Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees up to $200 as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.
- Do not lose the house keys, or pool keys. We charge $100 per key that is not returned prior to check out.

Interaction with Guests:
The condo has a lockbox allowing for self check in and check out. However, I will be available throughout your stay for anything you may need.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.

The two best things for this condo or its location and the outdoor space. The kitchen has been updated and while it offered a Keurig machine, there were no coffee pods found, but there were coffee beans with no way to grind them or brew them. The bathroom has some water damage issues, especially along the floorboards by the tub and the washer dryer combo. In the bedroom corner by the window, the flooring is curling up.The washing machine was used one time and the next morning I found water on the bathroom floor. The living room furniture was OK, well used and too low for some people. The mattress was soft and also felt well used. The bed-frame squeaks each time you get in and out of bed, or move. Finally, there is an unexpected third leg in the middle of the bed frame. Unknowingly I stubbed my foot on the third leg and have 50% bruising of my toes and foot. The Arcadia location was clean, convenient and mostly quiet. This condo faces the street so more road noise was heard. The host was excellent in her communications and replied promptly. Overall, I believe this condo offers good value for money. While there are is some room for improvement, overall it’s been a very nice condo to stay in.

This condo has wonderful light in morning and evening. The kitchen is well stocked, had coffee and creamers and lots of paper goods. Only thing it is missing is a bureau for this of us staying for a week or more. We would recommend it!
