It had a great view, but that was all it had to offer!

The view was amazing. The place was very clean.

Condo needs updated in a bad way, it’s very small and only has a full size bed which creaked loudly with any movement and the pillows were like rocks. The view is spectacular but the balcony is narrow. Whoever Took the pictures for the Ada deserves an Oscar because it is way smaller than the photos appear. Very disappointed in the on site staff who explained nothing, didn’t even tell us where the elevators were but in their defense it is a small building and not much looking around and we found them. Overall if you want to be close to the beach and have great views without luxury this place is for you. The grounds and pool are very well kept. I just hated being in our room and didn’t sleep well on the creaky beds.

Amazing property. We had the best time. Only complaint is the dustpan did not work as well as there weren’t any cookie sheets available or pans that could cook biscuits for breakfast

BEWARE!!! I have been here 6 times this was the worse STAY EVER the condo was outdated with old beach stuff but mostly broke down missing tile on the counter floor coming up i cut the bottom of my foot the sinks clogged the vent drips water it has mold they put a mirror to give you the illustration of a bigger room the iron burnt my daughters dress it was broken the kitchen sink leaks they had a bowl under the sink to catch the water when you spend that much and get this SMH i had to buy batteries for the remote for the tiny tv .its just bad all the way around im devastated truthfully and the wi-fi thats another story. Its sad they give you this for hard earned money we save to come here every year .

The check in process was very easy. The building is on the beach and a short walk to the ocean. We used the laundry facilities and that was convenient. We did not have time to use the pool or hot tub but they looked good and were always in use. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our vacation great.

The view was the ONLY thing this condo had! The listing stated a queen bed (it is a full). The bedroom would not accommodate a queen. The bathtub was dirty as well as the floor. Old furniture, television was literally like a computer monitor, cheap plastic chairs on the balcony, broken tile on kitchen countertop, refrigerator was dirty, and mold in several places. The mold issue isn’t a new issue, as it was mentioned in a review 2 or 3 years ago. This unit is in desperate need of renovation. It probably makes more sense to do a gut job. We have been to the island several times and have always been very happy with our accommodations. We were so disappointed but we’re enjoying the beach so much that we wanted to extend our trip. We contacted Padre Island Rentals and they helped us end our vacation in a fantastic condo in Saida (we are already planning a fall trip for a week in Saida). Back to the original rental. The only reason I gave this unit 1 star is because of the view (and 0 stars was not an option). As for the property, it was run down and needing an update. We will NEVER stay here again. I totally agree with an earlier review that stated the person who took the pictures of this unit deserves an Oscar. All areas with problems were avoided as well as the mold (we saw it immediately). Along with the queen bed description, the picture of the bedroom made it look more spacious. While not illegal, this is highly misleading & shameful. Absolutely horrible!

We were impressed with Padre! The Aquarius is old and I knew that going in. If you are reasonable in that aspect you will be fine. The floor had some loose areas and a piece of tile missing from the kitchen counter. The bed is very small. I knew that going into this as well. The decorations help this condo vs. others I saw listed. I picked this unit because of the two-sided patio and it did not disappoint. All you see is ocean and it was amazing. We really just needed the condo to eat, sleep and relax on patio, not much sitting around inside. The views were more important to us than anything. We also wanted gated parking and were pleased with that. The 24 hour front desk personnel also felt secure. The heated pool was awesome. We walked the last day from the bay back to our condo, which was 0.4 miles. It was a nice walk. Many of the waterfront condos are old, so at this price point I would say it’s a good option with beach access and the views. Padre condos seem pretty expensive (in my opinion) for how old they are but we would return. Thank you for a great time.

The condo was clean. Smaller than expected but the view was great and we had quality time spent together as a family. :)

The location on spi is perfect and the staff is amazing

The views, acess to the beach & staff were beyond wonderful! The condo definitely needs updating. The sofa bed was broken and unusable.
