AQUA OASIS at The Truman Annex in Key West

Was great place to stay. Just don’t cook anything as the fire alarm is extra sensitive and constantly went off. Otherwise great place to stay.

This condo is in a beautiful semi-private section of town in walking distance to Duval and Fort Zachary Beach/Park. We walked everywhere from there! You have assigned parking for one and there is plenty of bike racks too. Check-in was easy, but keep in mind it is not keyless. You need to stop at the office and pick up/drop off keys for check in/check out. We had our taxi driver stop at the office on our way. The staff is super friendly and we were in and out in a few minutes. (The office is in the complex just down the road). The beds and linens were fresh and comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space for clothing. Laundry was a breeze with new washer and dryer in the unit. The private back deck was very spacious with plenty of key West palms/trees for privacy and shade. The condo was clean, but I gave 4 stars…the floors were vacuumed, but maybe not mopped well. Overall would recommend this property:) Oh and the pool is close by…clean and refreshing!

Great place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking purposes.

Linens on one of the beds were dirty with fresh stains. Reached out to property manager and never got a response. (Yet). TV’s are at least 10 years old. Minimum of basic items that should be provided …toilet paper, paper towels, tissues. Washer and Dryer are nice and look new. Beds were comfortable. AC went out while we were there and they took care if right away.

This property is in a terrific location and having the pool nearby was a plus. I could easily walk to town and really liked having the quiet time at night. I would go back!

The keys should be in a lockbox at the unit instead of pickup and grip off at the office.

Nice deck in back, short walk to the pool. Very convenient to everything in Key West. Two blocks to the Green Parrot, three blocks to Duval, 15 minute walk to Fort Zach beach.

IT IS VERY HARD AND NOT APPROPRIATE FOR A LONG STAY.
