I absolutely loved the property. The condo was very nice and clean and the owner was very easy to work with. This was my first time staying at the Aqua and Michael was amazing to work with. I will definitely be booking at the same place in the future. It was AMAZING!!

This was our 15th year vacationing at pcb. This condo was far the best property we have stayed in. Would highly recommend, and are looking forward to returning

Lovely condo and property. The only issues we had were that the freezer’s ice maker stopped working after the first couple of days, and the pull out couch’s bed was at a pretty decent decline. My teenage son slept on it but it would have been a real problem for an adult.

Michael was responsive and helpful with any questions that I had during our trip. The condo was beautifully decorated and the perfect amount of space for our party of 7. We will definitely be back!

Very very nice. Excellent location to Pier Park and restaurants etc. Most things within a few minutes walking or short drive.

Was surprised by how fast the elevators were at this one! We didn’t have to wait any at all but maybe a few seconds! View was amazing! Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time. Would recommend for anyone not wanting to drive anywhere. Top Golf will be open soon and is a five minute walk away.

Had a wonderful vacation. This property is within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Beach was beautiful and the condo comes with two beach chairs and umbrella. Definitely will be back!!

This 3 bed/3 bath condo is gorgeous! The views of the ocean, pier, and sunsets from the balcony were stunning. I would highly recommend renting this property…it’s so close to everything fun and exciting. Michael was wonderful to work with. He always answered promptly to any of my questions.

Stayed for three weeks, wish it could have been longer. We had one problem - the coffee pot wouldn't work. I called and Michael had a new one delivered in about 2 hours. Amazing service and a wonderful place to stay.

This was our second year in a row of staying in Michael’s condo and once again, it did not disappoint. The layout is perfect for three couples, the location is perfect-close to everything, and the amenities were plentiful! We plan to make this a yearly tradition and hope to be able to rent from Michael every year!

Awesome stay in a beautiful condo. Our family had a great time and had zero complaints at all!

The location was excellent with all things fun in walking distance. The condominium was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all things we needed to cook. And even with the smallest issue our host went above and beyond to fix it. We enjoyed it.

The condo and the entire complex were outstanding!! We had plenty of towels, the furnishings were beautiful, and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need. Everything was in great working order. The owners are fantastic and so welcoming . Aqua 809 is a very special place, and we loved the spaciousness of the unit!! We would love to return year after year!!

Condo is exactly as pictured & described. Perfect location & beautiful view! Very clean! Couldn’t ask for more!
